Description of Work: Their service was prompt and dealing with the staff is an absolute pleasure. They are professional, courteous and very helpful. The person who visited my home was very helpful and honest about the situation. He even helped extend the life of my unit for longer. They are not out just to "make a sale" but to really help their customers. I found this company by looking on Angie's List and let me tell you, they deserve their A rating and live up to the reviews. You will not be disappointed with this company. They are Awesome!!

Description of Work: The technician came out and checked my heat pump. This was not a service call as it has been running well, but I wanted to make sure it continued to do so. I was very please with the depth of the checkout he performed. He explained every thing he did, what each component did, and things to look for if a problem showed up. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with this purchase.

Description of Work: 20-point AC tune up. Tune up was done, discovered that our AC was completely out of freon. He refilled our freon -- not cheap, but far less than the estimated quotes we found online.

Description of Work: The technicians were knowledgeable and thorough. The pre-visit customer service was mediocre. I sent two e-mails through their online form, but had to call and ask them to come deliver the services I'd paid for. After I spoke to someone in the office, the service went well.

Description of Work: Purchased the Big Deal for $29 for a 20 point HVAC inspection. Technician did a thorough job of checking out the unit and discovered it was low on Freon and the evaporator coil was dirty. He cleaned the evaporator coil with an acid wash and topped off the Freon. Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely do business with again.

Description of Work: I used the Angie's List deal to have my furnace and ac checked. I also wanted him to check the ductwork. When he finished, he said that the unit was running well, but that we had some pretty bad gaps in the ductwork. I had heard this from other people that had worked under the house. He asked if I would like to get that fixed and we could schedule it now. I used Aire Serv to repair the ductwork and rehang the main duct the following Wednesday. They did a fantastic job and I could tell the difference in our AC right away.

Description of Work: AC tuneup. They discovered 5ft of our duct work under the house was unwrapped which caused loss of heat downstairs during winter months. We wondered why it was so cold downstairs. Now we know. They wrapped it and we have noticed that it is much more comfortable downstairs.

Description of Work: Repair heat pump that was not working and the outside unit was knocking loudly. Aire Serv replaced a capacitor (50 MFD 370V/440V) and defrost controller. I also purchased their 1 year service contract for $109, that reduced the costs of the above repairs and parts by 15%. The heat pump has been working well for the last 4 months.
