Description of Work: Joe was great. It took him awhile to figure out why the transformer on our heating unit blew (it was a mouse that had chewed through the wire), but in the end he saved us quite a bit of money by checking and rechecking things before replacing other items such as our thermostat. He fixed the wire and than closed up the holes, the last repair man had left open, so no more mice could get in under our unit. Thanks Aire Serv

Description of Work: They first checked our heating & air conditioning thoroughly. They quoted alternatives to complete replacement of unit. They showed a comparative cost of replacement versus parts replacement. After careful evaluation of both and knowing the age of our existing unit, we chose replacement. They did an efficient and clean removal of the old and installation of the new. We are very pleased.

Description of Work: Air conditioner check up. There was a possible stop up in the line that drains the condensation causing it to drain slowly. It was cleared. The technician arrived when scheduled and performed professionally. I would definitely recommend their services and will call them in the future should the need arise.

Description of Work: They inspected the outside and inside units. Since there were no problems, they offered their one-year maintenance agreement, where I can have the unit inspected one more time before the year is up.
