The tech examined the AC system. He appeared thorough and knowledgeable. The system is less than a year old so I wasnt expecting any issues. The next day I saw a homeadvisor promotion for The next day I saw a homeadvisor promotion for $159. Aire Serv would not credit me the difference but said they would provide that price next year.

Very prompt and professional service! Our unit went out mid-day, had the repairman here within two hours, then the supervisor talked with us about our options (repair vs. replacement). With two babies at home, the supervisor went above and beyond by buying two portable units so we didn't have to suffer in the heat all night. Had the new unit installed the next day. Very respectful workers!

The service professional arrived when he said he would and quickly sourced the problem. The condensate removal pump had ceased working. After I decided to fix it myself, he offered to follow-up if necessary. I only paid a diagnostics fee; Aire Serv made no attempt to upsell me, which I greatly appreciated.

They do fine work. They do very good work. They know what they're doing. Prices for air conditioning services totally suck no matter who you talk to. So their prices are what their prices are. They're all like totally outrageous. There's nothing I can do about that.

The service techs were very professional. The initial AC tech said our capacitor was dying (which we suspected) and that refrigerant was leaking somewhere and very low and he was shocked it was cooling at all. While buttoning it up, he ended up being shocked. The tech with him didn't do a/c, and called his office back to send someone to finish the job. He did stay at our house with the truck until the second HVAC tech arrived (he read first one's notes and rechecked and said the refrigerant levels were fine, but capacitor needed changing) and he had the part and changed our capacitor for $226.38. I liked the flat rate upfront pricing (but seriously, who ENJOYS paying for maintenance?) I felt terrible about the first tech, but $798 vs $226.38 is big difference. I am happy to report that the company seems to care about its employees and knows them personally, vs just making as much money as possible (I called to check on injured tech to make sure he was okay).

It went well. We use Aire Serv for our HVAC systems and they always do a great job. They are also veteran friendly.

The team spotted problems with the HVAC system prior to us closing on the home. As a result, they saved me the cost of replacing old, faulty duct work which was instead replaced by the seller.

I expected a simple and short repair. And it was. However I was charged $374.00 for labor!!

Technician was very knowledgeable; explained everything being done and provide recommendations for future maintenance.

It was covered under a maintenance plan. My air conditioning works. They show up on time, they do what they say they are going to do and they give you up front pricing. The technicians that have come house to the house thus far has all been really nice and know what they are talking about.

Very fast service once they got here! Austin was very professional and pleasant. Wore booties over workboots to come inside the house.

I have a very good experience with Aire Service. I appreciated the fact that they didn't try to sell me a whole new system. Unlike the company that installed the unit. So, I will probably be going back to them, rather than the company that installed the unit. I would rather replace a part than buy a whole new system. It was around $500.00 that's including the labor. They climbed into a difficult place to get the job done. One guy came to complete the service. It took, I'm guessing probably one hour, to complete the service. He left the area very clean. He quickly diagnosed the problem.

I remember being satisfied with everything. The worker were great. The work took 4-5 hours to complete. I felt they were honest with us when they told us what we needed. He fixed it all and I thing it's going to work great for a couple of years.

They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the failed part. They had the needed part on their truck. I appreciated them not trying to sell me a whole new system when only a part was needed.

Before 8am our doorbell rang and the technician got to work. The repairs were done on both systems and thermostats, and the very courteous, skilled tech was gone before 9am.

Just fine, and dryer now dries faster. Plus I don't need to worry about a fire which some of my friends have experienced.
