I purchased the deal for $99 for an Air-Conditioning Tune-Up and 3 Pounds of Refrigerant. They came out, were honest and they notified me that I did not need that deal. They repaired my air-conditioner and got it going. Which I was extremely impressed with.

It turned out fine. I would use them again in the future.

The technician was very thorough. His work left me with the impression that our unit was ready for the long hot summer ahead and that it will run without issue. While on site, we were offered a maintenance contract and several optional services. Some might have viewed it as "selling" but the technician presented options and explained each one, but was not pushy when I deferred a decision. I think I have found my new go-to company for HVAC work.

Their representative came by soon after I called to request an estimate of the job. He performed a thorough evaluation of our existing equipment, made a clear presentation of what would be required to get us back up and running and offered a good price and excellent financing. The installation crew showed up on time. Everything was installed, neat, clean and running perfectly by yesterday afternoon. Great job!

Company representative was very polite and professional. There was an issue on the dispatch time (they made a mistake), but called to see if a later time was acceptable, or if something needed to be re-addressed; I was not left wondering why the repair guy was not there at the specified time. All in all, found the gas fireplace not to be safe due to bad pilot light safety device. Need to replace unit. Waiting on quote.

(I likely have the date wrong for t he service) I thought that there would be more than just an inspection, as another provider listed cleaning the unit in what they offered for about the same price. However, the service person was very courteous and did not try to sell anything we didn't need. We do need some work done underneath our home, but it is very low to the ground...so the company doesn't have anyone small enough to do the work for us. The company called a couple of days later to make sure we were pleased with the service.

The tech also identified a bad thermostat. I elected to replace that myself because the cost of that seemed a little high. Other than that the service was great.

Phillip Lovell was chosen among several Angie's List vendors listed for HVAC installation and/or repair. He contacted us promptly and scheduled appointment at our convenience. He also called prior to arriving to alert he was on way to our location. Once arrived we conferred about various systems, the pros and cons, cost, effectiveness and warranties. It was apparent he was well versed and experienced with HVAC systems and installation. He next conducted a survey of the home exterior and interior living space square footage. Mr. Lovell was very professional and the complete conference was a pleasant event. However, we decided to go with a different company but would still recommend allowing this vendor to present a quote if seeking an HVAC system.

It turned out fine and I did not have any problems. They also gave me an estimate to replace the ducts and the unit and I thought the estimate was expensive. They got the inspection done in about 30 minutes. I had no problems with the scheduling.

Above and beyond outstanding! Even adjusted thermostat (after explaining recommendation and getting my OK) to reduce number of times heat pump was turning off and EXPENSIVE electric heat was kicked on. I love this company and have also signed up for twice-annual preventitive maintenance plan with them.

He did a great job! He was very dependable and knowledgeable. He was able to determine what the problem was. One thing though, he did not realize I had pre-paid and he was asking me for payment. I hope to use him again.

I purchased an air vent inspection. They called on the date we had scheduled to ask to reschedule because they had too much work that day. I hope I'm a reasonable person--stuff happens, but I also work and taking a day off during the week earns me negative brownie points with my employer, so I try to take only one weekday off each month. Regardless, I said no problem; we rescheduled for the next day I'd have a week-day off (a month later). During the interim, I purchased a 2nd "Big Deal" from Aire Serv of Huntsville--furnace tune-up--and scheduled it for the same day. On the day, no one showed for the 10:00, so I called and was told that Aire Serv was only servicing emergency calls due to the weather--it's raining and the temperature is 36 degrees Fahrenheit. I am glad to know that Aire Serv is civic minded and helping people in need. That is laudable. However, I need a provider who will take care of my needs.

It was a very good experience. I had a 5 year warranty of the air conditioner.

Their quote was very high so we went with another provider to fix the problem. The service we bought from them was good, but their quote for the additional work was a lot higher than we got with another company.

The tech was knowledgeable. He answered my questions and took time to do his job. I found out that I needed to replace a part. The company, unlike some other companies, had an itemized list of parts and services. There were no surprises when it came down to my time to pay. The tech was well trained. He tried to sell me a service plan. I also got a quote for a packaged unit replacement. The quote was on the expensive side compared to others that I have gotten since. It was ~ $9,000 and this did not include replacing any duct work.

It was additional $180. That was an average service. They are not very professional and not very reliable. Their quality is good.

It went fine. The technician was very nice. The deal was good. They were quick to answer my call. They arrived on time.

The technician Joe came in wearing shoe covers and was very professional. He set up his equipment and we viewed the whole main trunk line and found debris in the duct line and lite showing at the end of the trunk line which is outside connected to my package unit. Other problem areas he pointed out were connections to my smaller ducts that showed gaps around their connection and a spot in the middle of the line where my duct seam was not flat and looked to be apart. I asked about a price to clean the ducts and was quoted a price for the main line and additional cost per each branch duct. Before leaving he inspected the outside duct work and pointed out the possible location for the light coming into the duct at the corners but couldn't see anything obvious because the outside duct appeared well sealed with a sealant material.

.They did what they said they were gonna do. They were very professional about it.

They promised that they would make it work and they did. Scheduling worked out well. There was an installation feature that they weren't familiar with. It took them 3 or 4 visits to get it right but its now working. We didn't have heat for a couple of weeks.
