the tech who came out and informed us about pan was not the one who replaced it which ticked off the two guys who did replace it.

They were very professional and informative. I will be using them again in the near future!

Service was quick. Rep was quick, friendly and helpful - beyond helpful, since he taught my kids about the workings of A/C''s and mercury! I think we actually won on this deal - it probably cost that guy more to come to our house than what we paid him through Angie's List!

Fast, timely, and honest review of the state of my system. Served my system and it never worked better - I've had it serviced ever year but it's never performed this well after being cleaned! He also found a couple of thing that he thought might cause me problems in the future but did not in any way even suggest or push their services or sales - simply informative. I really appreciate that. BTW - I ended up going back and hiring them to overhaul my HVAC system because of their honesty and professionalism.

Our gas fireplace had been having issues, and we weren't able to turn it on reliably. Though when we bought this service with Aire Serv, we promptly had a date setup, the person was on time, and was very thorough in the cleaning. And of course the best part was that the fireplace works now after the cleaning. The serviceman was also showed concern for his customers since he made sure that we did in fact have a carbon monoxide detector in the room since we have a gas fireplace.

During the evaluation and repair, Tony explained what his repair process was. Would I use Aire Serv in the future? Absolutely; Even though they rather pricey.

Cancelled the first appointment after I called them because I didn't hear from them the day before. The rescheduled for the next day. They showed up 45 minutes late that day. Mu unit had a bad fan motor so the tech said there was nothing he could as far as service. I asked if I would get some of the money back and he said no it was a package deal. After he gave me a quote for almost $500 to fix the fan, he probed around for a few minutes with his freon checker then said I should replace the system. He said they have a mini split that would be inexpensive and work much better. I agreed as I have poured a ton of money into this unit. Their sales rep came out a few days later and looked over the situation. We agreed on a Mitsubishi mini split system of 1.5 tons. Heres where it gets good! The sales guy said they have interest free financing through Wells Fargo. He told me that since I wanted to go with that, it would be some type of extra cost to Air Serv and he would have to ADD 15% on. The systems total cost was $5,800 including removal of the old compressor and leaving the air handler in the attic. Even after they were to put it in they didn't show up. WOW! Looking online I see the average cost of these units is $1400 retail. I got a second quote from a Home Depot contractor (Indoor Comfort Systems) for the same system and removal of the old compressor for $3400. I cancelled the Air Serv system and went with the Home Depot system. They can keep my $99 since they sent a tech to do nothing. I won't do business with them again. Charging customers $5800 for a mini split system borders on criminal in my opinion.

Did an excellent job of cleaning the dryer vent. The dryer worked much better afterwards. Punctuality score was because we had to reschedule more than once before we could all get together, but they did excellent work.

Technician arrived and was very professional. He inquired of any specific problem. He went right to work checking both our units. He explained what he was doing and showed me the coolant was low. He added coolant, then cleaned the coils, when he came in the house to check the vents he put covers over his shoes as to not track any dirt. Very personable, would recommend this company to friends and will use them again.

The fan in our central air conditioning unit stop running. I called Aire Serv because a few months ago they had replaced the fan. They were able to make a service call the following day. They were fairly prompt, about 15 minutes late. The problem was the capacitor, which is an inexpensive part and about 10 minutes of labor. I was billed over $200. The unit is now running as expected.

Excellent next day service, works better than it has in 5 years.

The communication was great. The technician was knowledgable and efficient and provided recommendations for future maintenance.

The service technician called me just before he headed to my home. It was about 1 hour after the appointment time, but I understand that some appointments are going to take longer than others and did not consider this delay to be unreasonable. The technician was polite and professional. He listened to my description of the problem that I was having with the HVAC unit, and then went right to work to determine the source of the problem. I especially liked that the technician did not try to talk me into agreeing to have more work done than was truly needed at this time. He explained the situation with my unit, gave me his opinion, and let me make the decision without any pressure from him.

The technician did a great job and explained things all along the way. The system is now clean and efficient and, because of the education we received, should stay that way. It surely will add years of service to the unit.

The inspector took apart one of the side ducts from a main duct in order to place a camera inside to show how it needed to be cleaned. In doing so, he got some of the ceiling insulation into the duct and failed to remove all of it. Consequently, we are still getting insulation blowing out of the ceiling vent. Very messy.

From inspection, recommendation, salesman service to installation. A very professional group of people and very pleased with their quality of work. The office staff give a friendly feeling and very helpful. This is a company I would recommend to you

It went well. I am contemplating on buying a new unit. However, I will wait and try to find a way to stop the small leak and replace the coils.

cleaning of the dryer duct went very well, they replaced the ducting from dryer to house connection with more robust and secure ducting than we had. All part of the service. Inspection of the a/c unit was problematic. They provided pictures of the condenser coils and a video of sniffing for freon leaks. The video indicated freon leakage with lots of beeping/chirping of the detector. Pictures taken were close ups of the coils which looked like excessive corrosion. They reported out that failure of the unit was imminent and it needed to be replaced. Of course, they gave me a quote. I contacted the AC company that has been maintaining our AC units on annual contract for almost 10 years. They immediately came out and we mutually inspected the unit in question. It was not as bad as we were led to believe. we jointly inspected the condenser together and the corrosion was nominal for a 10 year unit, and not near as bad as pictures led us to believe. No indications of leakage were found but my service company showed how they could make the detector "alarm at will". Despite several follow up calls from Air Serve, we elected not to replace our AC unit. BTW, the quote for similar unit by my existing provider was almost $2100 less than what Air Serve quoted us. Very disappointing, I do not believe I will use them again. However, the good deal dryer vent cleaning service we purchased was done well, promptly and no concerns.

Had units tuned up. They were on time, very professional, and told us about our HVAC system (we just purchased the house). Very friendly and talked to us about what they found in every step of the check-up, providing a check list. Happy with their service and the price was unbeatable through this offer from Angies List. Will have my spring check-up with them soon.

I purchased the deal for $99 for an Air-Conditioning Tune-Up and 3 Pounds of Refrigerant. They came out, were honest and they notified me that I did not need that deal. They repaired my air-conditioner and got it going. Which I was extremely impressed with.
