Communication between the sales rep and the workers was pretty much non existent. Several times we had to call or have the workers call the rep for explanation on what needed to be done. They hurried the job so that they did not have to come in on Saturday (because they do not work on Saturdays) even though the Sales rep said it would take about a day and a half. The Sales rep agreed to install on Friday knowing they potentially would have to finish up on Saturday. Because they hurried the job we had to call the on-call worker back Saturday evening because all the heat was coming out the back of the unit into the closet, but he could not fix it (he was not able to reach in the back) and would have to have someone smaller come out maybe Monday to fix it. He said he would have dispatch call us to make an appointment for Monday or Tuesday which ever would be best for us. Monday we got several missed calls from the company to one phone number and when we called them back to schedule the appointment, they said they had been waiting outside our house for an hour. They had 2 sets of numbers they could have tried and no one should have been waiting at our house unless we scheduled an appointment for them to come out. Very disappointing. Zero Communication.

I have a maintenance contract with Aire Serv - they send me reminders for my "check-ups" twice a year. I usually have the same tech which is really nice. They are courteous, efficient and clean. They are always on time, and quick to schedule when I have a problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a/c or heating service.

The technician was right on time and was very professional. I have three units (one new one installed by Aire Serve) and the work has always been A+. Highly recommend this organization.

Arrived on time, cleaned up when they finished the install and responded quickly to our initial call. Our unit had to be replaced and John met with us and explained our options. He also followed up during and after the process to make sure we were happy with the system and also offered to go over the operation of the units. (We went from a heat pump to a ductless system in our detached garage that we use as an office). Very happy with the customer service and the options these units (2) offer.

Very personable and friendly. The service call was disappointing even though the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the system on a Friday and said he'd have to order a part and would return Monday. He returned Monday and installed the new part and it didn't work. He said they had ordered five of these parts so he would take this one back and bring another new part Tuesday. I never heard from him again. In the meantime, I had a company salesman to come out and give me a quote on a whole new system, in fact two systems...one upstairs and one downstairs. He was also very personable. He came out on that Monday and I told him about the trouble I had with the service call and he checked into it for me. Thursday he called and told me they would be out to replace the part that day. The salesman came again the following Saturday to discuss and finalize the quote. He asked if the part had been replaced and I said I don't think so, no one called me or left a note on the door or anything and I still had the system turned off. He called the company and found out that the part had been replaced the day before on Friday. I turned the system on and sure enough it was working. I must say, it was the strangest service call I have ever had. As far as the system replacement quote, I had to turn it down. I'm sure it's a fine system and great warranty, but it was about 50% higher in price than equal size systems with the same warranties. I liked the folks at Aire Serv but just could not justify the cost.

Great 2 man team -- cleaned Dryer vent in less than 1/2 hour. Good guys, punctual and hard workers.

Our air conditioner went out and it was supposed to be in the high nineties. I called Aire Serv expecting to be told it would be several days before they could get to us. The delightful lady said she had a technician in the general area and would have him stop by as soon as he finished the job he was on. Within an hour the technician called and said he was on his way. He was polite and very professional. He quickly located the problem and replaced the part. I will call Aire Serv any time we have a problem!

I was very satisfied with the customer service. The technicians were on time and worked around my schedule. They cleaned up after they finished with the job. The price was kind of high for the split unit I had installed. I didn't like the fact that the Heat Pump had to be modified to work right. But the technicians were relentless in their pursuit of a noise issue I had and got it repaired.

My AC stopped working during an especially hot summer. They came out the same day that I called them and were able to fix it the next day. I would highly recommend them to my friends or family.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable service technicians. I look forward to seeing them 2x a year for scheduled cleaning, etc. This is a company you can trust!

We have been using Aire Serve since we bought our house for servicing and maintenance. They are always very nice, easy to deal with and very prompt. Once we had a problem and they talked to my husband on the phone to help resolve a simple problem. You don't get that kind of service every day! It Neutralizes Odors, Kills Mold, Bacteria and Virus, and (most importantly to me ) Dirty Sock Syndrome (DSS) YES... EVEN teenage KID smells!! How awesome is that?? Seriously, I have removed all of the "wax" burners I had in my home (that was costing me an arm and leg to use and only lasted about a week) We recently had the teenage son of a coworker come to my home and told my husband "man, your house smells good". What better reassurance could you get?? Talk to your Huntsville Aire Serve rep about installing this product! You won't be sorry!
