Everything about this installation was great, from start to finish. The technicians were very polite, knowledgeable and hard-working. The work was completed within a day, with the exception of a part of it that had to wait on a part to come in. As soon as they received it, they contacted me and completed that part of the installation in the same manner that they had done the rest of it about a week earlier. Also, arranging for financing was expertly facilitated by the salesman, and he was very good at explaining my options for selecting the right unit for my home. So far, I am very happy with the operation of the unit that was installed and am confidant that I made the right choice.

Tech was really nice and helped diagnose the problem. It was a very simple issue and we end up fixing it ourselves because we could not justify "book" repair price for a five minute simple fix. No issue with tech or company. We are just DIY that prefer to save money if it is something easy we can do ourselves.

My a/c went out and I called for a service call. They were there to check it within 3 hours on a Saturday. A part had to be ordered and once it was in the repairman was back out to install. Very professional and on time.
