Dakota Roberts did an excellent job communicating with me about the timeline and work required to repair my central air conditioning unit. He worked quickly and efficiently and was great to talk with, a too notch tech!

After my A/C quit Friday evening, I called Saturday morning and a technician came out within a few hours and diagnosed a dead compressor. Monday morning they arrived and replaced the unit. By the evening the A/C had the house back to normal.

I hired AIRE SERV to clean the Ducts, Vents & Dryer Vent in my home this morning. There were 2 Technicians sent to my home, Matt and Max. I have nothing but good things to say about both of these young men. They came into my home and went thru each room to locate the vents which were to be cleaned. Matt took the time to thoroughly explain to me the process which would be used to clean the Ducts and the Vents. Matt did caution me the HyperVac which they would be using to clean the Ducts would be very loud, and indeed, it was! The unit is extremely powerful and I feel confident it did the job it was intended to do! Matt and Max then proceeded to go from room to room cleaning each Vent. They advised me the Vents were somewhat dirty but were not bad at all. They completed the job by cleaning the Dryer Vent. The entire job was somewhat costly; however, I feel that I made a good investment by having the Ducts, Vents & Dryer Vent thoroughly cleaned. I now know that my HVAC System has the best chance to deliver much cleaner Air all year round. I really do wish to Thank both Matt and Max for their Professionalism and taking the Time to explain the Process to make sure that I had a solid understanding of the service they were providing for my home. Even though it may be a while before I need this type of work done to my home again, I will not hesitate to contact Aire Serv and ask for Matt & Max to be sent to do the work! Thanks again Matt & Max! You two young men are AWESOME!

My AC was freezing over and about to go out at the same time as I was dealing with a family emergency. Chad from AireServ came out the next day. He was very professional, he took his time inspecting the AC Unit even provided me with lots of pictures of what he saw, as well as a detailed explanation of each picture, and answered all of my questions. I chose the option of replacing, rather than repairing the Unit since the price they offered to replace was better than I expected. Instal was awesome. It was quick and flawless. Andrew was the service technician that came to repair my unit. He was friendly, listened to my description of the problem and got right to work. He went above and beyond a normal repair technician in 2023. This company sets high standards for their customer service and workmanship.

4-ton Ruud HVAC installation. Outstanding company to work with. Estimate was very detailed and accurately reflected final cost. All appointments were on time. Installation crew (Tyler, Matt, and Dillon) was totally prepared and even fixed a couple of code issues at no cost. Completely demonstrated and explained digital operating features of the system. Cleanup was spotless. Well done to Aireserv for their outstanding customer service.
