Aire Serv of Huntsville

Aire Serve was able to schedule our annual air / heat pump service promptly. They came on time and tested the various parts carefully. Besides cleaning and verifying the system, they found a disconnect that had melted plastic and would be a risk going forward. They had the part on the truck and were able to replace it quickly. We will sleep better knowing that a more reliable switch was put in.

Aire Serv responded promptly and got started on my project right away. The estimator offered a discount that we qualified for but did not know about. The attic trim had to be removed to install a part of the unit, but they returned at my convenience and replaced the trim. All of the crew and office staff were very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Will definitely call them again if I have trouble with my cooling or heating units.

I use Air Serve for my yearly maintenance....My first year was a bit of a struggle, They had rescheduled my scheduled maintenance about 3 times...when I spoke to the manager about it, they went OVER and ABOVE to make it up to me. Its been about 4 yrs since then and they run like clock work now...smooth and right on time! I also love the service men that come, polite and professional!

Easy to schedule appointments, worker was on time and professional. Service was completed quickly and all maintenance and repair items were discussed up front.
