Scheduling was very simple and easy over the phone. I was able to schedule my appointment for the same week. I received a call from technicians 30 minutes before they arrived which was cery convenient for me. Technicians wore masks and booties the entire time they worked on the dryer vent. The whole process took about 20 minutes. The technician explained what they were doing and answered and questions and concerns I had.
