The installers had to work around a cluster of issues including re-routing my upstairs neighbors a/c piping and rebuilding the shelf and part of the ducting, in addition to replacing both the condenser and evaporator/blower units. The Goodman heat pump they installed seems to be doing the job quite nicely.
