They were quick and efficient! Our unit went out the hottest week of the summer (heat advisoryâ s every day) and they made sure they came to install our new unit within 2 days. They set us up with a window unit in the meantime.

I'm leaving on a trip will be gone 3 months. I want to leave my home with a little heat as it is Nov.. ever changing temps. I went to turn on the heat and nothing. I called Air Pro and they were able to come that day. Completed a check of my system and found that a bird built it's nest on my exhaust vent on my propane heating unit. The tech cleared the obstruction and the heat came on. They had a special if I paid a little more (very little) it included coming back in the early spring and cleaning my unit. They returned in the spring and cleaned my unit.the young man spent more than an hour cleaning and checking the system components. He did a great job and cleaned up afterwards because leaves were inside the fan unit and he bagged up all the wet leaves and took them to my trash can.i would highly recommend Air Pro for your heating and cooling and general maintenance work.

Frank and his young son Ethan we courteous, kind and friendly. Frank was so knowledgeable about the dryer venting and the air conditioning venting in my home. He was able to clean the dryer vent and advise me on maintaining the best cooling temperatures for my home.
