Aire Serv of Huntsville

We have been using Aire Serve since we bought our house for servicing and maintenance. They are always very nice, easy to deal with and very prompt. Once we had a problem and they talked to my husband on the phone to find the simple problem. You don't get that kind of service every day! It Neutralizes Odors, Kills Mold, Bacteria and Virus, and (most importantly to me ) Dirty Sock Syndrome (DSS) YES... EVEN teenage KID smells!! How awesome is that?? Seriously, I have removed all of the "wax" burners I had in my home (that was costing me an arm and leg to use and only lasted about a week) We recently had the teenage son of a coworker come to my home and told my husband "man, your house smells good". What better reassurance could you get?? Talk to your Huntsville Aire Serve rep about installing this product! You won't be sorry!

They really took care of our issues when other companies haven't been able to help us. The technician did a great job inspecting our A/C system and showed us how much more efficient a newer system would be. Our utility bills dropped quite a bit after the new system was installed. We also added a GPS to help with air quality and it was incredible how much difference it made. We are happy to recommend Aire Serv to anyone looking for a good dependable company.

I will always use and recommend Aire Serv of Huntsville. The entire team was very helpful and responsive. They replaced my HVAC system and cleaned my duct system. They were very respectful of my home and personal belongings while working in my home. The guys were very clean and explained everything they were doing. My HVAC system has never been better. I was very impressed with this company, so glad I found them.

Aire Serve evaluated my AC unit and advised me to purchase when this one breaks down. It is not ready to be replaced ... just yet ... I will use Aire Serve to replace with a new Amana unit when that happens. The gentleman was honest and truthful. His experience and his manner were outstanding. I will do business with this company. We talked price and terms. His manner and dress and truthfulness won me to this business. I highly recommend them!

While I had Aire Serv come out and sanitize our vent systems and install UV lights, we had a slight issue with communication of the original appointment time. I was contacted with a confirmation call, but had never been contacted to set the original appointment. Unfortunately, the equipment needed to complete the cleaning of our system was not available due to repair issues, so we are still waiting on the project to be completed. At this point however, we are happy with the results we have seen from the initial steps that have been taken and will review again when the job is completed.

The tech was friendly and efficient and did the work in a timely manner. They included a service plan so if we have more problems, they will be taken care of for free or a reduced amount.

The two young installers were very respectful as well as the sales person I spoke with on the phone and handled a request made by me. I appreciate that kind of experience and would use them again.

Phillip Hardy of "Aire Serv of Huntsville, AL" came to our home promptly at 8:30am this morning, as he promised yesterday. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional and completed the job in a minimum amount of time and charged me exactly what we had agreed upon yesterday. Having had dealt with numerous other vendors prior to "Aire Serv", it was refreshing to finally find an honest service company that charged an appropriate amount and did not try to gouge us because we are elderly.

Cost of the freon was a bit excessive, but this may not be Aire Serv's fault, just what they have to charge based on the cost they have to buy it for.
