We had new countertops installed in early March 2020 but there were many mistakes made. I have spent 3 1/2 months trying to get the main problem resolved but I have been unsuccessful. The measurements were wrong, so the piece that comprised the bar was too long. One of the installers asked for a Sharpie so I gave one to him. He made a mark on the bar with the permanent marker. Then they discovered that the angle where the bar went against the wall was wrong so they had to cut that end. Then the permanent mark was in the wrong place. They tried to clean the mark off but it did not come off but the finish for the granite did, leaving a dull, discolored strip about 3 inches wide at the end of the bar. The piece under that bar was too short so they cut a 1" piece and stuck it on the end. The entire bar looks awful. I was told at least 6 times that they would come look at the problems and correct them but they never would. Now they will NOT return my calls. Do not use this company!!!
