This has been the best pest control I have experienced. I've been using them for 4 years and counting and always receive great customer service. Brandon has been my technician from the beginning and always does a great job.

Very thorough and professional!! I don't live in a fancy house and I've noticed that a lot of service companies don't feel the need to treat my home with much respect, possibly because of this. I honestly expected for A+ Pest Control to come out and cut as many corners as they could and not care much about my home, but every time they came out, they paid a lot of attention to the details and treated me and my home with respect. I was very pleasantly surprised with the service and would probably not use another pest control company after such a positive experience.

Great! I haven't seen any (live) bugs since the treatment. It was a quick process and the tech was very personable. I plan to use A Plus Pest Control in the future.

Brandon was punctual and professional. He will be coming out again in 30 days and then quarterly. If we see any bugs in between treatments, he will come back out.

They contacted us immediately to set up services. While here they sprayed for additional ant issue around the home and inside the kitchen area. Also, they return if needed - and they respond quickly to calls. After an initial visit and a return visit to a call, the ant issue was resolved. Also, they do extra things to help deter bugs around the outside of the home. I have been very happy with their service!

David was great. He was able to work me in the same day. They were very thorough and took care of all my concerns.

The service was great. We have been using them for almost 2 years and they always provide great service. When it is time for a regular service they always call ahead of time to see if we are having any issues and schedule a time if we want to be home for the treatment. Sometimes we are not around during the week and have had to ask them to come out on a Saturday which they always do. Since we started using them we have had almost no bug problems, but once or twice we started to get ant mounds showing up along out back fence. We called them and they came out the next day to take care of the ant problem and did not charge us anything. They are always willing to treat in our storm shelter and check up in the attic for any bugs, or mice, since I am always scared of that! They are a great local company and we LOVE our technician. We have had a great experience with them and have even recommended them to a few of our family members. My brother started using them at his house as soon as it was built and he has received the same great, personal, service that we have come to expect. I am glad we found them and switched from our old company, which was a big national company in the area. All in all great company, with great people, that provides excellent service.

I recently purchased our house and had eliminated a hornet's nest and was concerned about a possible recurrence, so I scheduled an appointment with David. He was punctual, polite, thorough, and professional. He treated all areas of the house, explained all of his findings, patiently fielded all my questions, and provided contact information should I have any additional questions. I initially intended for this to be a one-time treatment; however, I was so impressed by David and A+ that I signed them up for their quarterly treatment plan.

I bought a big deal for pest control for the year. David was very quick to call me and setup the initial service appointment. Brandon arrived at my house about 5 minutes before the scheduled time the day of the appointment. He was great, very courteous and polite. He explained what the service would cover, asked me if I had any problem areas, and went to work. He sprayed all in my house and took time to brush down any cobwebs. He then sprayed all around the outside of the house. He even left a mouse trap of some sort in my hall closet because of a small possibility of a mouse. This company is well ran and on point. They are professional and it is very clear to me that they value their customers. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys! Jason

Got the spiders in the eaves and brushed down the cobwebs for me. Got the outdoor ants. Did not see any indoor bugs before but several have died since. Did a great job and can highly recommend this company.

A+ Pest Control has great customer service and was able to quickly make it to the house for the initial treatment. Brandon was on time, polite, and thorough with spraying and cleaning of spiderwebs. He described what chemicals were in each treatment and the purpose of each spray/pellet. Very happy with the service and price. Update: First quarterly visit after initial treatment was just as thorough. Brandon asked about specific issues we were having and changed the treatment to attack those creatures. Also said to call if we were still having issues and they would come out and take care of it FREE of charge. Will update if I need to call them out between quarterly treatments.

David was on time and very responsive to all of my inquires. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was very patient with me, went over everything he was doing, and provided me the piece of mind that I was getting the appropriate service to take care of my house. I haven't seen a living insect since he visited. I really appreciate all that he did, and I can not recommend him highly enough. If you are in the market for pest control services, consider looking here first. He really provides a great service at a very reasonable price.
