+ -1 moreI've used him before. He never overcharges me. He is prompt and does a good job. He has good ideas. He doesn't suggest over expensive projects or buildings. I've never had a problem with him. I will absolutely continue using him.
Description of Work: I am using Joe O'Neil at A B Smith Architect for a breezeway and porches for a house I am building.
