+ -1 moreKim came within an hour on a Friday afternoon, especially important and appreciated by us because I’d had a surgery that morning and needed ice and special diet for a few days. (The business we buy appliances would not come.) Kim brought my small dorm-sized fridge from storage; she analyzed the defrosting problem , explained it in clear detail, and said she would call about the parts on Mon. At nine Mon. morning she called to say the parts were available. She had the fridge repaired before noon. I am expecting her work to be superior to previous “repairs” for the defrosting problem. No other repair tech had been able to explain why the problem had been recurring. I will always call Kim at A&A for appliance repair.
