31W Insulation – Huntsville

Had some problems with them canx appointments, but the work that was done was good. Mark from home office said things in Huntsville were going to be changed and service would be better.

I had contacted 31W because I had used them in Nashville, so when I learned they were in Huntsville I called. The salesman Brian called me back to arrange an estimate. Brian came and did an estimate and followed up to see if I wanted them to do the job. Up to this point all was good. They agreed to come in and do the crawl space and the attic. At this point it we down hill quick. Brian had agreed to contact the pest control company to schedule his work so that they could come in and do their job, however after several requests he failed to call them. The rep from the pest control company called him several times to try to arrange a schedule, however Brian failed to return his phone calls. I had called and again asked him to make contact so they could get the job done, however after telling me he would call he did not. Come time to do the job I was here waiting, however 31W was a no show. I can not remember what excuse I got, but I said OK and just rescheduled. Come the day and time they were supposed to be there 31W again was a no show. I called and they got the truck to spray the attic. A few days later the pest control company was to have the insulation removed from the crawl space so they could spray to kill fungus. They told me that they had called Brian several times to set it up, however he never called back. I was not here when the work was done but to the best of my knowledge 31W did not show up or return calls. They are good at making the sale, however when the rubber meets the road they fail to provide any level of service, I think that 31W in Nashville is OK, however they have major issues in the Huntsville location. I will not be calling 31W to do anything else again.
