My sister had the opportunity to purchase a home and was referred to John Tate to handle Mortgage paperwork. My sister was aprehensive but John Tate took time to explain everything in depth to both of us on each visit. I also was looking into buying a home thru the owner and was given information free of charge to help me understand some of the process on that situation. Due to paperwork problems there was a delay on home closing but not on John Tate's part and he continued to be positive and informative as he could. At the end due to his dilligence her interest rate was lower than expected, which was welcomed. We came away with the feeling that he was genuine and honest and truly cared about the situation.
Description of Work: John Tate provided a website that tailored to indivual buying home and gave updated notifications. John adv what paperwork was needed, then kept up with timeline paperwork needed to be done and offerred referrals for services needed such as home insurance and home inspection. John was honest and upfront about the paperwork needed and didn't give impression of talking down to customer. John is work oriented but shows his christianity thru conversation. This didn't interfere with his professionalism. John worked well with my sister and myself in acquiring a home. I will use John H Tate or refer him to friends. His pricing was a percentage of home loan and services provided. I'm at work and can't remember exactly the price so i put approximately $500 but it may have been more than that.
