He came over, gave me an estimate and, once we had agreed on the contract amount and scope, he met me at Home Depot to help pick out all the materials needed. He then began the tear out and prep work. From start to finish on the two bathrooms was two weeks of labor. Jose kept me update throughout and addressed any issues that came up, giving me good options and advice on how to address the issues. His skills at all remodeling needs were very good (plumbing, sheetrock, tile, etc). The end product looks very nice. One note--the cost of the service noted above was ONLY for the labor. You can almost double that to include the materials (new vanity/sink, toilet, tile, grout, paint, etc) that will be needed to complete the project. I would highly recommend Unique Tile Creations and Jose for any bathroom remodeling needs.
Description of Work: I live in a ranch-style house built in 1969. I had two small (by todays standards) bathrooms that I wanted to get updated and had problems with contractors willing to take on that size project. Jose came in and renovated both bathrooms, including tear out and removal of old materials, installed new tile, vanity/sinks, performed plumbing work, sheetrock, hanging new towel bars, lighting fixtures, etc. In the master bath, I had the shower heightened by removing a false roof. I did not have either bathroom rearranged (moving toilets, sinks, etc) so I cannot speak to Jose's expertise in that area.
