Description of Work: Purchased home with current security system provided by this company. The panels were dead and nothing was working. I call the company to get ti reactivated. They said the account and system was still active. FIRST Red Flag- So I asked the owner if they polled the system and he said now that the system only dialed out when there was a problem. Well that tells me this is not a very good system. Then he proceeded to tell me it would be appoximately 800 to replace the controller and keypads. This was for a system that he was not aware was down and unaware of its condition. That was enough for me. I will find another vendor.

+ -1 moreDo not do business with this company. They are incredibly irresponsible and will not return interested customers phone calls. Beware!!! Who wants to do business with a security company who doesn't communicate with their customers?

+ -1 moreI thought they were wonderful. I am very pleased with the service. The alarm was set off accidentally and they were really great about it. They are really quick on the draw to get out here. We have glass breakage and they are professional and they seem to care about their customers.
Description of Work: The technician came out and upgraded our alarm system and monitoring service.
