Won my small claims complaint in the amount of $5,000. The owner Bennie H. Wehunt has not made a payment on the judgement. He has other judgements against him as well.

The 2.5 - 3 week project took eight weeks. Upon initial testing it appeared the shower worked so the contractor received final payment. He assured me he would clean up any issues that arose and that he would warrant his work indefinitely. It was not until the next day when I showered did I find out the upper jet was leaking behind the wall when I found the pool of water in the basement later that day. The contractor came back to correct that issue along with others I pointed out. The workmanship on the repair was unsatisfactory. After two more attempts to fix the issue the contractor abandoned the job and will not reply to my texts or phone calls. I have videos in addition to photos that I will upload. Plans are to file a legal complaint for refund as the contractor did not fulfill the terms of the contract. Electrical outlet was never installed. The photos will show poor quality craftsmanship and unfinished work. Notice the tile and grout work is uneven throughout both in spacing and level. He did not punch the finishing nails and spackle over the so they're exposed to the moisture in the bathroom and are rusting. The drain has only one screw which is not stainless steel so the drain is loose and the only screw holding it down is rusting. Mud was applied to the walls to cover nails/screws but was not smoothed down before being painted over.
