He spent an entire hour trying to line up all the parts to the lock. He kept dropping pieces and could not line the Parts in order to reinstall the lock. He seemed nervous and frustrated. This should have been easy for a pro-fessional. In the end I gave him a regular extra lock which I had which he did install. I was very disappointed. He was not professional in appearance or his work. I did not receive a receipt either.

THE MEMBERS SON HAD TAKEN LOCK APART BEFORE WE GOT THERE AND MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO REPAIR. WE OFFERED MEMBER A NEW LOCK BUT SHE DIDNT WANT TO PAY THE EXTRA CHARGES. THE REST OF MEMBERS REVIEW WAS NOT TRUE. WE HAVE AN " A " RATING ACROSS THE BOARD. MEMBER ALSO LEFT OUT THE HEFTY DISCOUNT WE GAVE HER TO HELP THE SITUATION.

It went great. There was one dead bolt that had been installed within the last 2 years. That dead bolt was a bit different than the rest but he got it working. He did an excellent job.
