 + 0 moreGreat experience. The delivery guys were so friendly and prompt. They arrived exactly on-time. Same with the technician. He was right on time and was very knowledgeable, pleasant, thorough and helpful. I love my new set-up! I loved that they carried additional cables that you could purchase so you didn't have to go to the store and have them come back.

 + -1 moreWe took the hard drive in on February 26, 2008. The ticket said it should be ready in three days but the representative said 10 days. We expected 10 days. After 17 days, we started phoning them. Every time we called the store, we had to wait for someone to answer the phone for at least 20 minutes and then once someone answered, we would be asked to hold again for another 20-50 minutes. Each person told us something different. One couldn't find it. One didn't know. One said call back tomorrow. We kept calling back. One guy told us they were having trouble mounting the hard drive and needed to put it in a freezer and to call back tomorrow. When we complained to corporate HQ, we finally got somewhere and the next time we went to the store, they said to come back tomorrow and it would be ready. We did this a couple of times but finally got the hard drive back. It took a month. We were lied to, avoided and hung up on. I will never take anything to the Geek Squad.
