Kevin came didn't complete the work that we clearly went over before hiring.. He left a mess put the inside shower on wrong that had to be replaced costibg us more money and we had to hire another company to fix all the mess, he cut hugh holes in my wall they had to be fixed I can go on he's unprofessional does shoddy work and doesn't know what he's doing.. Don't take a chance you'll regret it.. I will never hire this guy again he caused us a lot of stress we are seniors and money we didng have to hire because he didnt finish the job

The work was beyond bad. We fired Kevin once we saw the level of work, lack of attention to detail, and how dirty he left the job site while we and other contractors still had to work. Of course, I cannot leave out the nearly $18,000 in damage caused by his shoddy work! Two entire rooms needed to be completely gutted and rebuilt. When called about the issue, he showed how unprofessional he really was by expressing virtually no concern and even initially refused to provide his insurance contact information. We had to get an attorney involved just to get a claim filed with the insurance company. While we did get a MUCH better plumber, a fair amount of the work already done had to be replaced to ensure we wouldn't have other issues. Save yourself the headache and avoid this guy entirely.

I texted Kevin letting him that the drain was leaking. He told me he wouldn't be able to get out until late tomorrow night to fix it. I told him that I thought this was a priority over the other jobs he had since I'd already paid him and he'd already come out to fix something. I haven't had a very great experience with this company so far and I wouldn't use them again in the future.
