computer repair
 + -1 moreMr. Hocutt came out the next day after I contacted him and had me back up and running in an hour and a half at a quarter of the price Best Buy quoted me for the same service and I also got a 30 day money back warranty. Best Buy plugged it up for 10 minutes and told me it would take 2 weeks and cost $400 so they recommended buying a whole new computer. Mr. Hocutt ran a few tests of his own and explained everything he in detail as he did it, once he determined the actual problem (software issues caused by malware and viruses) he quoted me a low price including a warranty. After everything is running better then ever he showed me some tricks to keep it running smooth and threw in a free antivirus good for the next 4 years. I would highly recommend Tech 9 and Mr. Hocutt and will use him again in the future if the need arises.
Description of Work: I contracted Tech 9 Services for a computer repair and upgrade package when my computer locked up on my wife.
