Very well. Job was done in less than a day. Looks just like we wanted it to. Hard rain came late that afternoon and there were no leaks and they did not damage the gutters.

We were really in need of a new roof, and my wife and I wanted to look at a new metal roof but weren't sure if it was in our price range. I had always been told that a metal roof was several thousands more than a conventional shingle roof. So I started checking roofing companies through Angie's list and had no problem finding several companies that were interested in replacing our roof for us. I did find a couple that even included quotes on metal roof as a another option along with their shingle roofs. We just wanted to look at all our options, and that is when I came across Seal-Tite out of Helena, Alabama. I contacted Jim Hoffine the owner to see if he traveled to north Jefferson county on roof installs. I had asked him if he could visit our home on a weekend and he had no problem doing so. Jim was able to come out on a Sunday afternoon and sit down with my wife and I and that is when he really surprised us with what his company could do. Jim explained everything in detail, basically gave us a step by step explanation of how a metal roof is installed and to dispel some of the things that you hear which are not true. Jim explained with only one layer of shingles on our roof, the procedure is to leave the shingles in place and of course to replace any rotten or damaged roofing board if detected before installing the metal roofing. That is when we decided to ask Jim to write up a contract and to schedule our install. I had also asked about the installing a membrane layer between the old shingles and the new metal roof. His crew showed early on a Tuesday morning which was not the best day weather wise, rain and strong winds were coming in that afternoon. They were able to install about half before stopping for the day due to bad weather. The next morning they were able to complete the job, and it looks great! One advantage to a metal roof install like mine is that your roof is not exposed to the elements of mother nature. My wife and I are very happy with the workmanship and the look of our new roof, and the price is very affordable.

Team arrived bright and early and did a fantastic job. We had anticipated some rotten wood, but the team went beyond expectations with their helpfulness and easy manner. These guys have seen it all and handle it all with a kind professionalism. Clean job site? Shoot, I think it was cleaner than when they arrived. All that you are looking for... a honest job for a fair price. Its really good to know there are still companies with this level of service. Would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

Jim the owner visited the house three times to go over material, coloring and what all would be done. Went over possible issues make sure I was getting what I needed. Due to the warranty there was no need to pay more for the next level in pricing. I wanted a roof with the least chance of leaking at the best prices. Also with the ridge vent installed along with venation added to the eaves which did not have any five items were removed from the roof giving a cleaner look and less chance of leaks. Everything went well but the clean up. I was at work when they finished so they did not have access to the attic and some other items like were they had park there trailer. . Late on Friday night Jim came by to check the work and offed to finishes the clean up. I declined. I would/will hire Seal-Tite again. I will make a point to have the crew clean up better which is true of most contractor.

Installers were professional and service was outstanding. No complaints from start to finish they provided excellent workmanship. Would highly recommend SEAL-TITE for all roofing needs they are the BEST.

Great experience with this company. Project was a large residential roof with angles of various steepness plus a detached garage. The owner is honest and easy to work with and the crew was quick, efficient and friendly. Got home from work the day the crew finished and the only sign they had been there was a pretty, new roof. From the estimate to finish of the job, the project went very quickly. Great customer service all around!

Jim and his crew did a fabulous job. They started the job on time and completed it just as promised. Very professional, and personable too! My house looks great! We shopped prices and Seal-Tite beat them all. Couldn't be happier with our choice!

Jim was great to work with. He had an idea of the color I wanted and was nice enough to bring a large piece of metal so I could choose the perfect color. The crew completed the job in one day. And they cleaned up too! We chose this company for several reasons. The price was very good, the company is local and the crew that did the installation and repairs are not subbed out. Also they were very careful not to disturbe any of our shrubs or especially our front yard(my husbands pride & joy). Very pleased overall!

Wonderful. Jim's team is very prompt & professional. They were on time, finished the work quickly and cleaned up. I went to work in the morning and came home to a new roof in the afternoon. Couldn't even tell there had been major work going on @ our house. We would recommend Seat-Tite to anyone.

There are no complaints about Seal-Tite service, quality of work performed, or the crew performing the work. Every change, and addition that we asked about, was met with positive responses, and done to our satisfaction, and the crew chief has a general contractors license and even had very helpful hints and suggestions on what we could do to enhance those changes. We never felt pressured about anything, just helpful hints if, and when we asked for advice and suggestions. One thing that really stood out, and impressed us, was the fact that at all times there was one crew member dedicated to nothing but clean up, and pick up, as the removal of old material was accomplished, and as the construction progressed. That is very important during a job that large. There was never one day that the site was left cluttered with debris.
