Myers Landscape and Tree Service

Myers Landscape and Tree Service did an outstanding job on my yard. The project included trimming a large oak tree, installing sod front and back, removing old plants and installing azaleas, gardenias, ferns, river stone and pine straw in the planting beds. I called Adam because of his work helping my in-laws a few years prepare their house for sale. That job included brick work that looked great. He gave first rate advice on the plants to use, how to shape the tree during trimming and the best areas of the yard to install the sod. He was easy to contact for scheduling the work and updating those dates when inclement weather caused delays. I'm pleased with the results and the cost for the project was very reasonable. I highly recommend that you use Myers Landscape for your yard and tree work.

Excellent folks, they know their business. Very efficient, owner was very easy to work with. A crew of three and everyone worked no standing around. As stated above they removed a very large oak tree that had fallen on our rental house without any new damage to the house. Wonderful! Extremely well. Workers figured out a way to haul huge tree trunk and limbs pieces up our wooded hillside from the backyard to street. Worked hard and steady. Excellent clean up. Delivered as promised. They stay very busy because they are good. Worth the wait.

It went extremely well! Adam came out and we discussed the problem I have been having with grass only lasting about 2 years on the side of my house. The problem was that a large tree with all its branches was blocking the sun, thus the grass not getting enough sunlight. He cut down the large tree, 2 smaller trees and cut back all of the overhanging limbs from the other trees that were affecting the grass. He then planted zoysia grass along the side of the house, and bermuda grass in part of our front yard. They then cut back the large gardenia bush, 2 large azalea bushes and 3 holly bushes. They also planted 12 ferns in back of the house. From start to finish, Adam and his crew were very courteous, professional and went out of their way to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The tree limbs were all hauled away and everything was cleaned up. I would hire them again in a minute without any hesitation.

It went great. Adam came out a few weeks ago and gave us an estimate. The price was reasonable and he said it would probably be the middle of May for the project to begin. He actually contacted me yesterday and asked if they could come out today to do the work. I was thrilled! Adam and his workers were here on time this morning and worked several hours to get the job done. It looks so much better than I had envisioned. I'm very happy with the results and highly recommend Myers Landscaping.

Adam suggested bushes and trees to cut back, and a general approach to clean up the appearance of the front and back yards. I went with many of his suggestions. These included removing one of the trees from the front yard; limbing the remaining front yard trees, and several in the back yard; removing several trees in the back yard; severely cutting back bushes in both the front and back yards; and spreading mulch in both the front and back yards. The job was completed in two days, in a very professional manner, and I am thrilled with how the yard looks. All tasks were completed in a very professional manner. As is the case with any outdoor work, the exact date when the landscaping was to occur was uncertain until the point when it actually occurred; this was exacerbated by an unusual amount of rain last summer and fall. It is also the case that Myers Landscapes has a backlog, which one would expect from a successful company; so nobody should expect that they could request work and have it completed the following week. But working with Myers Landscapes is well worth the wait.

Adam is excellent to work with! I received quotes from 3 other landscaping companies and I found Adam to be the most knowledgeable, thorough, and honest in his evaluation of the job we needed done. I was very impressed with his knowledge of different grass types and he thoroughly explained why he felt a particular type of zoysia would be best for our yard. The turnaround time for a quote was very fast and he was responsive throughout the entire process. The entire job was done in a little over 2 days, which was amazing considering all the work that had to be done. Our backyard looks like a completely different place and we could not be more pleased! The grass is absolutely gorgeous and the removal of the "pest" bushes and low hanging limbs has made a huge difference. The price for the work that was performed was extremely reasonable. We could not be happier and will definitely use Adam for all of our future landscaping needs!

This was one of the best experiences I have encountered with hired contractors. He gave an estimate, showed up as promised, did the work impeccably, and sent me a fair bill for the work performed.

Overall, they do very good work. I was pleased with how it turned out. It looked much better than I expected. It took a while to get around to me but there was some rain that seemed to hold up getting the sod. They communicated a few times along the way and told me they were about 3 weeks out. I marked that I would not use them again. And I hate to say that because they did nice work. In fact, when they called to say they were at the house, I asked for a quote for additional work. I was looking for some landscaping in the back of the yard. I left payment the next day and included a note with a reminder for the quote and a little more description. I never heard back. I really can't stand non-responsiveness when you are asking to hire someone. Even if you say we are booked or that is not something we do. Complete communication goes a long way to professionalism.

The work was done very professionally and looks great. Adam went above and beyond what we had agreed upon by checking the entire sprinkler system to ensure there were no other issues. I know now that it will be ready for the hot summer weather.

Adam Myers did everything he said he would do, and more. He and his crew were on time and professional and delivered as promised. We anticipated an invisible fence "issue" as part of the job and Adam went above and beyond to address the potential issue to keep my pets safe. Their cleanup was fantastic, leaving no debris beyond. Adam was not my cheapest option, but he turned out to be, by far, my best option. I will definitely be using Myers' services in the future.

When we bought our house in 2015, we knew our backyard was going to need a major makeover. It was terribly eroded, little to no grass and there was virtually no sun light because of the trees. With this being a very expensive project, I took the time to get a number of quotes. The day I met with Adam, I knew he was the one I was going to with because I felt very comfortable in discussing the project with him. The one thing about Adam is that he's responsive, which seems to be a problem in his industry. I had reached out to multiple companies and it took an act of congress to get them to respond, which was extremely frustrating. Adam was always responsive and when there were weather delays, Adam would always call me and let me know he wasn't coming out. The theme here is that his communication skills were excellent! I am amazed at the work he did and how he has transformed my disaster of a backyard into stunning and gorgeous landscape. It's nice to have friends over and not be embarrassed by our backyard anymore. The backyard now looks like something you'd see in a magazine and that's because of his quality workmanship. I highly recommend Myers Landscapes.

Myer's Landscape will renew your faith in construction by showing up, doing a bang up job, and finishing on schedule. All worked tirelessly often 10 hour days in blistering heat. Even more amazing, if any of you have had considerable experience with any kind of construction or remodeling, you know that something gets broken at some point (that no one will admit to). Large trees were removed, a garage demo, et al, and not one existing element was damaged in the process. Amazing. Plus, the are all very nice and amiable to work with. Highly recommended. I wish they did home remodeling as well.

Myers was contacted the morning of the 21 May2015 and I received same day service. The Landscapers arrived on site within an hour and half after contact. Landscapers were courteous and professional. The tree removal, trimming and area cleanup took about 30 minutes. I?m very pleased with the price, punctuality, responsiveness and quality of service. Will definitely use them again!

Adam, David, and the crew were excellent. Very professional. Quality work, at a fair price. They really took pride in their work which is very hard to find anymore. Very professional. Always arrived when he said he would. Provided good design options and recommendations. Quickly brought to my attention a problem with the original request (slope was too steep to have a path with no steps) but came up with an alternative that took my needs into consideration. Considered how weather and water drainage would change. Finished the job in a reasonable amount of time.

They came out to the house to see the scope of work that I was requesting. The amount of work was within the price of the daily deal except I needed to pay more to have the debris removed. I did not think that was unreasonable given all the debris that would result. They did not pressure me to have the debris removed at a cost, they were willing to work with whatever I wanted. They did a great job on everything that I requested. They were prompt and worked diligently to get everything accomplished. I would use them again.

David and his team were completely professional, arrived on time, and completed the job right away. I will be calling him for additional work later in the year.

Adam was prompt in coming out for an estimate and once we accepted the bid let us know the time frame before they could begin. They were always prompt and courteous. The work was completely in a timely manner. The work they performed looks great and they cleaned up the area so that it looks better than before they had come.
