first day was 4 hours late and didn't identify herself when came to door. I told her not to come back. Eventually, I gave another chance. 2nd day 3 hours late and brought friend to help her. They were there for 7 hours and could not tell much was done. Came back next day and was 2 1/2-3 hours late again. Stated 7 hours again and left microwave filthy (untouched), refrigerator not completely cleaned out and had trouble following simple directions. I have no idea what she thought she did to help me. She claimed she spent all of initial $200 deposit on cleaning supplies. I saw very few. Each day had excuse for lateness even when I told her I had MD appointment (which I missed) and really needed her to be on time. I don't believe this is a legitimate cleaning business. Why would she need my $200 to buy cleaning supplies and not already have some if she cleans home regularly? I have struggled with writing this review. This was in February and I told her I had special circumstances and needed thorough clean as my disabled sister was coming home from hospital. Having her come clean made things much more stressful and was no help for the total $400 I paid her. I hate to not recommend someone, but I can not recommend this service to others in good conscience. Beware!!

Horrible! I don't know what it is going to take to correct this

She kept trying to renegotiate the price, did a partial job, it was sloppy, so told her not to come back. She continued to text and try to change price and time for completion. Very unprofessional, would never recommend. Uses "She is a woman of God" to hide behind.
