+ -1 moreI would rate him an F for everything about him. He was my home builder and I filed a complaint with the AL home owners so I can sue him. He walked away leaving me with a lot of problems that he will not repair. When the builders one year warranty stopped, that was the last time he spoke to me. I still have problems with painting, sheet rock, flooring, plumbing, and he has left me with all these problems not fixed. I took him to the home builders association and they found him guilty. He has been fined and has to attend classes. In my state they can not make the builder do anything about the warranty.
