The installers came out and fixed the areas in my attic that needed fixing to help with the lost of heat and blew the insulation in the attic they also installed a attic insulator cover over the stairs to help with lost of heat which will also help with keeping the house cool during the summer.

I hired J and W three years ago to insulate my attic. I am elderly and could not check their work, but I noticed my temperature in my home could not be adjusted and hold the temp. We had new air and heat installed, and the problem was not totally solved. We had a person go into the attic to take pictures of what he found and he showed me that much of my attic did not have any or very little insulation. So, J and W did a lousy job for a first-rate price. We just hired another company to redo the insulation that J and W did not do the first time.

Came at agreed upon day and time . Finished same day. Blown in insulation always tracks down from the attic access, they swept it up before they left. They also asked me to inspect it before they closed the access and were ready to leave. Very professional.

They showed up on time and worked in a professional manner. The job was done quickly and they even cleaned up any messes (loose insulation and empty bags).

J & W came out and inspected the house on the same day I contacted Home Advisor and gave me an estimate. They scheduled the job within a couple of days of the inspection. They showed up on time and were very professional. Only took a couple of hours to complete the job and only charged what they estimated. Very friendly and a great experience overall.

His team arrived when promised to complete the job. They were also conscientious and customer focused.
