Perfect. Ben was prompt and professional, as were all of his workers. His pricing was less than other estimates we received. The work done was exactly what we needed, and he came back immediately to fix a couple of minor issues. I would highly recommend Ben Gentle and his gutter service.

Replaced gutters after storm damage. They were also will to use some of the downspouts that were not damaged to save us money. Gutters match perfectly and they also did the initial installation of the gutters on our home. Be sure to us his cell phone to contact, not the home phone.

I asked for a quote and got it in a timely manner. When I told them I wanted to hire them, I told them that we would be out of town at a wedding the next few days. I was told, no problem, you will have new gutters when you get home. When we returned home, we had the new gutters as promised.

Overall it was a great job. I would definitely refer Mr. Gentle to anyone.

They responded very quickly to my call, they however only do estimates on Fridays, so be prepared to wait for an estimate. The work was scheduled for the following Wednesday, but rain prevented them from working that day. They did arrive on the next day and completed the work in a couple of hours. Work was top-notch. They paid attention to the details. Will definitely use again.

I called Gentle's on Friday, the 24th of September, for an estimate. I got no one on the phone and left a message asking for an estimate. I got no response at all. I called again the following Thursday (the 30th) and again no answer on the phone. I left a second message requesting an estimate and stated that I would be calling another company if I didn't hear from them. Once again I never received a call from them. I ended up calling another company on Friday, October 8th, to do the work. Both companies have good Angie's List reports. I probably would have gone with Gentle's Seamless Gutters had they been responsive because I had already received a good reference for them from a friend of mine. But the company I used instead did an excellent job at a good price and I'm very happy with my new gutters from the other company.

They did a very good job. The quality of work was fine. They are affiliated with Costco. They were very friendly. They finished within a few hours. They came up from Birmingham.
