We have used them several times. They seem to be the least expensive and they seem to do a good job. We tried several times to use other companies and the quotes we would get would be real high and then, when Envirotech would give us the quote, we would get a better deal. We've used him for various issues - thermostat and a warranty issue, which he helped with.

I sold a house that I had, but an inspector for the purchaser found several things that needed to be repaired. Mark and his son, from Envirotec, came right away, even though it was just a small job, and completed all of the work in a very prompt and professional manner. The purchaser was totally pleased with the repairs and very happy with purchasing the house. The work that needed to be done was: • Repair several broken and loose AC ducts that are in the attic. Some of these ducts were completely separated and the air was just blowing into the attic making the central unit highly inefficient and costly to operate. These ducts were installed at the time that the central unit was newly installed about seven years ago, and Envirotec did not install this unit. At the time, I had another AC contractor install the AC unit and ducts, but he did not do a good job. Despite the fact that the unit had been installed by another contractor, Mark and his son, did an outstanding job making these repairs and bringing the installation up to professional standards. Even though the purchaser's inspector had only found one bad place in the AC ducts, Mark and his son found several other places where the ducts were coming loose and fixed those as well, taking before and after pictures for me to show the purchaser. • Make a barrier for the top of the chimney

Installation was done promptly and professionally. They even re-routed the water draining further from the house to avoid puddling. The house is consistently staying cooled.

They put in an air conditioner for us, and later came back to repair said air conditioner. I think I would choose a different company even though the prices are reasonable. I believe I didn't really need all the duct work they did and so we were charged for needless work in that sense. Make sure you register your warranty online because the card I mailed did not get processed or was lost in the mail. Some installers do this for the customer to make sure it's done right. Envirotech does not do this.

The service went really well. They followed up and came back when we had problems. All around, they were pretty good.

They were a sub contractor for the company we used to do a major remodel of our house. I think they may have been a much better contractor and might have done a much better job, had they not been misinformed and mismanaged by the contractor we used. The seemed to be considerate, but it seemed like their hands were tied and if I were working with them directly I might have ended up with a much better product.

One afternoon around 4PM my wife called me to say the house was over 80 degrees when she got home. I called a few HVAC companies and Envirotech was the only one able to come that evening. Mark came and diagnosed the problem as a leak in the AC coil and recharged the Freon. He recommended we replace the entire unit soon so I looked into various options and got some quotes. In the end, Mark's quote was as better than all but one other, Conditioned Air's which was the same. Since we had started with Mark and since my wife and I appreciated his willingness to come the first day, we went with Envirotech. Mark and his crew were very professional and even though there were a few hiccups, we were very happy. Two problems occurred with the new unit and thermostat during installation but Mark made sure we had the air working for the night and fixed the problems the next day. Mark was very willing to work around our schedules and well into the evening if necessary. I highly recommend Envirotech to anyone needing HVAC services.

Mark was very prompt to come to our house and give us an estimate. Once we'd approved the estimate he was here on the day(s) he agreed to and completed the installation quickly and with NO mess. He is very professional and knows his products well. He explained the new system and any maintenance needs thoroughly. We had a small problem later with a faulty part on the humidifier and he came out to the house immediately to assess the situation, turned off the unit, ordered and installed the new part and followed up to be sure it was working properly.
