Clearwater Pools is owned by Ricky and Leigh Beshears. After working for 20 years for a major pool contractor, Ricky started Clearwater Pools in 1998. Clearwater specializes in building in-ground vinyl liner pools of exceptional quality at affordable prices. All of our pool kits can be customized to fit any need. The entire process and products came together better than we realized it would. All due to the experience, knowledge, superb craftsmanship, and attention to detail of Ricky and Leigh of Clearwater Pools. If you are in the market for a simple pool or one with a bit of custom work, the company is your best bet. We spoke with other pool companies in the Huntsville area before deciding to use Clearwater Pools and now consider ourselves lucky indeed.
Description of Work: Clearwater Pools built us the most marvelous pool and provided the best customer service we have ever received. Ricky and Leigh are such professionals and contributed wonderful suggestions and advice which helped us get the most value for our money. Their combined experience is obvious and makes what they do look easier than it probably is. In addition to building our pool, they helped us design a small pool building - again, with the most bang for the buck while still lovely as well as functional. We also hired the team to built the fence around the pool and it is another beautiful functional product that will last for years to come due to their superb craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Clearwater Pools stands behind their work and is very concerned with quality and customer satisfaction. The company owner and his wife are very pleasant to deal with and provided numerous helpful and informative suggestions and recommendations. He was there when his crew was there and either actually performed or oversaw all aspects of pool installation except for the concrete work which was subcontracted out. While we were very pleased with the installation of the pool itself, we did have some issues with the concrete work. Clearwater went above and beyond to address the concrete issues and the entire job looks wonderful now. We would not hesitate to use them again.

We have definitely learned to not take chances on pouring when there is rain in the forecast. Which has been really challenging this year since it feels like it has only NOT rained 1-2 days a week. The boss was on the job site every day that his men were there. Some other parts were sub-contracted out. I liked that personal touch. If I had any issues or complaints I could address him directly. I didn't have many, but the few I did, he handled immediately.

They were awesome. They did a great job. They were very competitive in price. The workers were nice and cleaned up after themselves. We have moved from that house since but recently stopped by and the pool still looks great. The pool and concrete have definitely held up.

They did a very good job. I was very pleased. They sub-contracted for the concrete work and we believe the concrete is poor quality, but that was a different company they used. They have been very helpful with any questions or follow up that we need. They were able to get all the required electrical work completed. We found their price to be a better value and competitive with others in their field.
Description of Work: They installed an in-ground pool with vinyl liner, including a complete pump and filtration system. They also installed a fence around the pool, which meets standard requirements and has a gate.

Its always nice to see an A rating and are glad that you were happy with our work. Its been a while but I don't recall any problems with the appearance of your concrete deck, so I'm assuming you mean there is an issue with the integrity of the cement itself. I pulled the file and Alabama Concrete charged us for regular 3500 PSI concrete. If you can call the office and give me a little more information as to what's going on, I can give them a call. Leigh

I didn’t have a problem with them. Their response wasn’t as timely as the company I currently use. I don’t know if it’s because they have more customers, but they weren’t able to get to me as fast as I like, which is why I use another company now. Our business transactions were always seamless and straightforward.

Clearwater pools were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed working with his team and the work that they have done. There were a lot of weather delays due to the amount of rain we have had lately but when the weather was appropriate they were there working.
Description of Work: Clearwater pools changed the depth of our pool, constructed a tanning ledge on one end, did a large amount of yard fill dirt work for us, trenched a line and installed liner and new pool equipment.
