He replaced the breaker and box.Found the last txv valve that was just replaced was damaged when they installed it.Waiting on other company to replace its on the heat so theirs no hurry.Replaced Freon with the correct 410A.

Ended up to be 3-4 separate problems with my old heat pump. Owner/Nice Guy Nathan did not charge me for the last (and dirtiest) under the house wiring problem. Will definitely hire again and will call him to replace my old unit when it finally falls apart!

We opted to replace the unit. New unit was ordered and installed in a few days. Work was performed promptly and professionally, and best of all, the area was left clean--no garbage or tools left behind as we have experienced with other companies. Look forward to working with Nathan if we have any future a/c or heating issues.

We were able to schedule the next day. Nelson and his assistant came on time, first thing in the morning, and called first to confirm. He got the part on 100% warranty and was able to figure out why it failed, due to an improperly sized capacitor from the original installers. So he put in a properly sized capacitor for just the fan so that the problem shouldn't happen again. In total it took two hours including getting the new part. I am very pleased.
