We were well pleased with the work done. The owner did the climbing, and clearly knew what he was doing. We had 1 tree in the backyard that forked about 6-7 feet above ground with 1 fork growing over our house. That fork was dying and needed to be removed before it could fall on our house. The other fork is in good shape. They took the bad fork down a piece at a time, lowering the branches by rope, avoiding the house, brick grill to right, and fence to left. We also have a row of pine trees along one side of our backyard. They removed dead limbs and some limbs that had grown downward and were in the way. They cleaned up very well, putting all debris into their chipper. They were very nice to work with.

I recently scheduled removal of two large trees at the front of our business alongside Sparkman Drive here in Huntsville with Ware Tree Company. Mr. Ware gave me the best quote for the job after getting estimates with four other tree removal services. We had to slip the original date of 8 July we agreed to because of heavy rains over that week plus Mr. Ware had several emergency calls due to the storms. We agreed on the following Wednesday 15 July. Mr. Ware and his team of two arrived on time at 0900 today and began work immediately. They were very accommodating for patients and visitors parking at our business by carefully arranging their trucks, chipper and flatbed trailer carrying their stump grinder & small front-end loader tractor. I was personally impressed by the team's expertise and safety consciousness. They quickly trimmed off lower branches on both trees, then used their man lift to access the larger tree's upper branches. Mr. Ware used care, wearing appropriate fall protection gear while on the man lift and dealing with traffic during removal of branches that extended out over Sparkman. After reducing the first tree to its bare trunk, they moved on to the second tree, likewise removing its branches by extended chainsaw and the man lift. Again, safety was paramount with the second, slightly smaller tree where the team took care to keep branches on the sidewalk only or back onto the business property. Most branches were fed to the chipper. The remaining branches and tree trunks were cut to manageable sizes, arranged into a pile by the roadside with the front-end loader. As they ground the two stumps. Mr. Ware used another truck to pick up the roadside pile of branches and trunks by a large claw and load them into its large debris container. The team finished up by cleaning up all leaves and loose debris by blower and raking. The team completed all work by about 3:00 PM with only a short lunch break. As the two trees were large originally, everyone was greatly impressed how well they did the project. We strongly recommend Ware Tree Company for your tree removal needs. Mr. Ware and his team were a pleasure to work with and did an outstanding job for us.

The experience was awesome. Mr. Ware and his team showed up on time and work quickly and professional to remove a tree from my yard. The price was half the cost of other contractors for the same scope of work. Great experience and great work!

Good but wished cleanup was more thorough

They did a very nice job safely removing a large pine and trimming some other limbs which they ground down and left for our use as bark chips for our gardens. They cleaned up well after themselves. Their price was slightly lower than all other estimates which was great. They also got to the job faster than all the others although the day of the appointment they were late showing up and didn't respond to our calls to find out status.

Ware had the equipment, knowledge, and capability to do the job quickly and without any problem

Mr. Ware was very punctual and professional. He was the most cost effective bidder as others were at least $400 more. He was very professional and knew how to remove the trees without any damage to my fence and property. Several trees had leaned against the fence, but he and his crew removed them with little difficulty. He also ground the stumps, removed the debris, and cleaned up the area flawlessly. I would hire him again and highly recommend him to others.

I called Mr. Ware for an estimate on getting two large trees that were dying cut down. He was in the neighborhood and offered to stop by within the next half hour. He came by took a look at the trees to be removed and we came to an fair agreement on cost. Mr. Ware came by the very next day with all the equipment necessary to do the job. He and his assistant even helped me move a car that couldn't start out of the way so that no damage would happen to it. The two gentlemen worked diligently over a period of two days to cut down the trees safely and quickly. They removed all the debris and left the area clean. They did a fantastic job. I was impressed with their professionalism, skill, and punctuality. Mr. Ware is a true professional and one shouldn't hesitate at all to make use of his services.

Mr. Ware returned our call for an estimate promptly. He came out when he said he would to look at the tree and to give us an estimate. He showed up on the day that he told us he would be there and completed the work. They ground the stump, cleaned up the debris from the tree, and removed all the trunks and branches from the yard. He cleaned all dirt and debris from the street and sidewalks as well. Mr. Ware and his crew were courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with.

Had difficulty coordinating schedule, but the work was performed very professionally @ a reasonable rate. The crew did a good job cleaning up the left over mess.

This is one amazing man when it comes to tree removal.work. He was very careful to protect the house and not cause any damage when he was cutting down the tree. The tree was within a few feet of the house, so he took extra care in removing the tree. All the refuge was removed and hauled away. We will definitely use him again since we have an acre of land that is in need of more tree removal.

I contacted Tommie (Ware) and set up a time to come give an estimate. He asked I text him the address, which I did. I mistook that for meaning he used texting to communicate with customers - that's not the case. I texted him a couple times before the estimate day to see when he was coming, etc., and got no reply. He did, however, show up on the afternoon stated and gave me an estimate. I hired him, and didn't really know exactly which day he was coming due to foretasted rain. Rain fell early in the week, and he showed up the day after the rain stopped and luckily we were home. Once he got into the trees, he had both large willows and their stumps gone, and completely cleaned the area within two hours. He had two guys helping him and watching them was worth a good part of the money. They were ultimately professional and cleaned the area well beyond expectations. I recommend this company highly, but would caution if you need a lot of communication prior. I am guessing that verbal communication on the phone is probably the right path. In any event, the end result was well worth it.

Mr. Ware was prompt in arriving to give us the quote. The price was very reasonable. We scheduled to have him return the following Monday at 8 am. He called that morning to let me know he had to finish another job first, so arrived about 3 hours later than scheduled, but worked quickly and hauled away all of the debris.

Handled professionally and quickly. Cleaned up everything afterward and even cut a few branches on another tree that getting too close to the house.

I spoke to the owner and setup a time to meet. He never showed up or replied to my text. I texted him because he had previously asked me to text him instead of talking to me when I called.

Got the job done as requested and cleaned area.
