"Andrey’s were on time, finished the job when they said they would, friendly and affordable. I rated them a B in professionalism (but overall an A) for the following reasons: 1) We had a minor issue with the install but they responded immediately and fixed the problem. They just overlooked reattaching 2) They dumped the grout water bucket in one of my flowerbeds leaving trace gravel and limestone. I would not hesitate to hire them again and plan to do so in the near future"

"My wife and I had wanted our kitchen upgraded for a while, but other things always seemed to take priority. We finally decided to get it done, but after getting a few estimates we were astonished at how expensive the project could be. One day my wife mentioned that someone from work had recommended Kitchen Tune-Up to her. We called, and the journey began. David, one of the owners, came to our house for a consult, and from our first interaction with him, we immediately felt good about what could happen. David treated us like what we desired mattered more than anything else. He also made multiple visits to our home to ensure our dream kitchen would be exactly what we wanted. In fact, David and the rest of the staff that I will mention later, became like family to us. David even met my daughter, who's in the Air Force, and gave her great advice for her career and future which meant a lot to her and us. In order to cut costs, we looked into having our current cabinets refinished and modified. David provided an estimate, but told us that he thought we could come out better with a complete replacement of all the cabinets. After a few days David returned with an estimate for a complete remodel, and to our surprise it was cheaper than the original one. So the remodel began, and that's when we met the other owner, Darren who oversaw the project. He was friendly, attentive and a great communicator throughout the job. Darren was also a pleasure to talk to. Also, the one doing the bulk of the remodel work was outstanding. Lionel may be the hardest worker I've ever come in contact with. Not to mention, his attention to detail comes second to none. Needless to say, after the remodel was completed, we were more than pleased... We were elated! Every time we walk into or by the kitchen we still can't believe the transformation. We would definitely recommend Kitchen Tune-Up to our family and friends. In fact, we already have, where our neighbor has already hired them to do some work to her kitchen. Thanks guys!!!"

"I asked for a quote, he came out, and I told him I needed it by a certain date for the adjuster. He promised he would get it to us. I had not hear from them by the weekend, so I sent a reminder, was told he would have it in the morning. By noon, I still did not have it, and contacted him again, and was told he would have to let this one go, because he was out of office and wouldn't get back until later. I gave multiple opportunities for him to get us a quote, but tired of companies like this making promises and not keeping their word. If he would do this on a quote, what would the work be like? I just needed a quote, and they had 5 days to get me one. Keeping your word to the customer is important."
