It was good and the system is working beautifully. He charged us the minimal amount even though he drove an hour to our home so if we need him in the future we will definitely call him back.

When the house was almost two years old, the inspector found that two of the 5 strips in the HVAC system had never been connected! Later the AC was not doing the job. They added 11 pounds of Puron and charged $357 without finding the leak, so of course it had to be done again. On that visit they said the evaporator coil and drain pan needed to be replaced. The parts were covered by warranty but they charged $699 for labor. In late October 2015, after water damage to the garage ceiling, it was discovered that the drain line was never glue/attached, the insulation around it was damp and the leak had caused damage to the ceiling. Also, the ducts were installed without any dampers, so the master bedroom is always hotter or colder than the rest of the house. I am so disappointed and disgusted that problems continue after all this time because of a very poorly done installation.

The tech arrived the very next day after I called. He went right to work. He thoroughly checked the unit and did a maintenance cleaning and check. I asked him to install a different thermostat I had and he happily obliged. He spent long time checking everything and even went up to the attic. I definitely felt I got my money's worth. The unit is working better than it ever has since I bought my house several years ago.

Service was prompt. The serviceman was very efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, personable and informative. He examined all components of the furnace for conditions that might effect the safety of my family and the continued function of the system.
