Jim and company wouldn't even answer a few simple questions regarding the work order contract they drafted for me. After I asked them these questions, the owner himself told me he no longer wanted to do business with me, that it was "in their best interests not to engage in any business transaction." I simply wanted clarification on their paperwork. Expect the same treatment if you have any questions regarding their contract.

Wonderful. Outstanding job. Worked late on roof to repair. Quoted a price but in the end cost less. Very satisfied.

Came at scheduled time to view job, provided cost within 48 hours. Sent signed contract on a Saturday and work began on Monday and finished by end of week.

The work was very professional, the owner came out and gave me options, he ensure that his workers are doing the work correctly and was done properly.

It was amazing. He went above and beyond and way more than the minimum code that was required, he put ridge and barrier. He was quick, efficient, clean, very nice and very good. One of the better business I've contact with.

It went great. James had a repairman here within two hours. The man replaced two failed items replaced previously. He then sent painters to paint my bedroom ceiling and insulation in the attic. James stands behind his work.

The thing is, the whole job process was punctual, with all facets of work to be done, and crew! This impressed me. I had an estimate for cost of my roof job by early a.m. the next day. Arriving late, or "no shows" was not a factor for this company.The discussion of work to be done after Mr. Maxwell's inspection was not a rush job. He gave full explanation of problem areas, process, materials to be used, codes,what homeowner wants and can do, let me feel confident that This is a company with high standards that I can trust.
