Tony Hoover was always accessible and answered questions / took suggestions.  + 3 moreAll work was done in a professional manner with exceptional attention to detail. Business owner supervised the work, and was more than willing to work with the home owner and insurance adjuster to ensure repairs were done right and within the insurance payment allowance. I highly recommend this business for any home restoration and remodeling work. At the end of the work, the house was in better shape than before the incident.
Description of Work: Complete interior (downstairs and much of the upstairs) restoration following massive water leak that wrecked most of the downstairs drywall (walls and ceiling), and much of the upstairs flooring. Following immediate emergency water extraction and drying by another company, Complete Restoration Services performed work including removing/replacing wall and ceiling sheetrock/drywall, smoothing and repainting the replaced drywall, removing and replacing tile floors and wood floors, repairing and painting cabinets and doors, and other miscellaneous services to return the house to better than previous condition.

 + 0 moreThe plumber who fixed the leak recommended him to me. He came out and talked to us. He told us everything that is involved. We have been working on this thing for two months now. First, we had to wait for all of the insurance stuff to be taken care of, and that is why it has taken so long. When he told us everything that was involved, we were looking at water damage, a damaged floor, and walls that had to be replaced. There was a lot of mold that had collected in the process of the leak, and he just brought all of that to our attention. He was right on time. If he said that he was coming out to meet with us, he was there. The guy that owns the company is the one that we were in contact with, and he has been doing this for a while, and he was very professional about it.
Description of Work: Complete Construction & Restoration is in the process of getting our bathroom restored after a leak.

 + 2 moreHis name is Tony Hoover. He did a wonderful job. He made a special trip out to make sure the colors I had picked were the actual colors he had. He came out and painted part of the back wall so I could actually see what it was going to look like. He was here if I had a complaint or thought they were not doing something correctly. He came in January to do the estimate for the chimney and sent me the contract. They finished in mid-April because we had some bad weather. He even painted the shutters to match the door because they were a different color. The price was a little high but it was worth every penny because they did a great job. They were here when they said they would be. They were quick. He came out on a Sunday so I didn't have to take off from work because I said something didn't look right. They were very good and I am very picky. I did have some issues because they had one guy that wasn't working out real well. They were very good.
Description of Work: I used Complete Construction & Restoration to replace the whole back of the chimney because I found dry rot. They also painted the whole house, including the trim. It was the sun room and the whole outside of the house.

Description of Work: This was an insurance claim, caused by roof leakage. Mr. Hoover repaired the ceiling damage and did a excellant job. He also fixed 2 skylights that was giving us problems, caused by the bad shingles. He was promt, particular in his work and did not leave a mess. This year (Jan) he repaired the ceiling in the garage for water damage caused by the humidifier malfuctioning. Problem was that hard water had carroded the unit and separated from the water line feeding it, resulting in the ceiling falling down. He repaired the ceiling and done an excellent job. He was careful in covering things and cleaning when done.I would recommend him to anybody.
