CHATEAU DE FAUX INC

Mark, was prompt at getting back to me. It took me several months to decide to have the work done but when I did he was fast at getting back to me and performing most of the work. His price was way out of line for what I had done and the quality of his work was by far professional work. The boxes of my cabinet were painted and you could see paint strokes and they were not even straight. He refuse to paint under the wall cabinets I had to do it myself which it took all of maybe 45 min. He got paint in my brand new sink it came off but why was it not prep so it would not get paint in it or on it. There was paint splatters on the pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker etc. I asked him point blank did I need to take things out of the cabinets and he said "just push everything as far back as possible", so I did. The thing that took the cake however was the so called modification and installation of a wastebasket and door for the island what a joke. He half way did it and we never heard from him again. but what he had started was highly unacceptable anyway. Here is a pic of the way it was left. I would think that if he had any integrity he would have been sure to make this right. Its been approximately 9 months or so and I have not heard from him at all. I know he has had some set backs but a phone call or some follow up would have said a lot.

Mark Williams did an excellent job transforming our kitchen cabinets they now look fresh and modern. The process wasn't cheap but to be fair we have a lot of cabinets. Mark (the owner) was very helpful, communicative and a pleasure to work with. The work was completed on time and exceeded our expectations.
