They went over and beyond what they said they would do. Their work was very professional. They showed up on time, came prepared with the appropriate equipment and materials for the day, and cleaned up when finished. Our property is very steep and not an easy place to work. They took on the challenge, and we could not be happier with our retaining walls, paver patio and outdoor fireplace. Thomas and crew are true craftsmen.

Pro-scapes completed the requested retaining wall and landscaping to satisfaction. Invoicing with better job details can be improved. I would hire Pro-scapes again.

Pro-Scapes recently did some landscaping work at my house: retaining wall, sod, irrigation, concrete pour, and gravel/stepping stone walkway. They did an excellent job! They were very professional and consistently on-time, their communication was great, and their rates were very competitive! They also did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the project! Would highly recommend!

I'm in my late 50's and I've never had a company keep in better communication than this one. They let me know almost to the minute when they were coming and kept me abreast of any delays. They called promptly and were able to get to me the next day. Also, because the work was more than the quoted estimate, they reduced it to what they said to keep their word. I now will not use anyone else.

They were able to come the day after I called to check my sprinkler system. Schedule was set up at my convenience by text. Was called shortly before arrival. He wasted no time in trouble shooting, testing, repairing and provided me with an accurate list of all zones. He also set up my watering schedule. Professional, courteous and helpful employee from my phone call through work completion.

Thomas and John were on it when they got the call from me. From the time I called until the work was done was less than 4 hours. John was able to get the work done in a very timely fashion and the quality was excellent. Can’t rate these folks high enough!

Thomas worked with my busy schedule to get me in the que before the frigid weather. John was on time, very professional, explained everything to me, cleaned up area after installing a valve for winterization of my irrigation system and you can hardly tell where he had to dig in the yard! We called on a Sunday and got a call back the same day for repair to a damaged sprinkler junction box. The work was started Monday morning and finished on Tuesday. We were very satisfied both with the responsiveness and knowledge of the repairman.

Pro-Scapes called me immediately after placing my request for help on Homeadvisor, they told me they had several jobs in my area and would add me to the list the same day. The technician showed up as promised and helped me locate my missing sprinkler control valve using their detection equipment. I spent three days looking for that valve and would likely never have found it without their help. Great service provider, happy with results.
