Honesty. Accidently charged initially too much but was honest and came forth admitted it and changed the total bill. Others would have been tempted to just keep quiet and take the extra money since the first check was already written. I appreciate them being honest.

Tom (one of the owners) came out on a sunday afternoon, labor day weekend, to repair a leak in my irrigation system that was causing one of my Stations to run constantly. He was here about two hours after I called. He located the problem quickly and repaired it in a timely manner. He marked the valves for each station so I'd be able to turn them off if necessary. He was both professional and friendly. Cost was considerably less than I expected. I would use this company again.
