PRO-Scapes

Our family was in desperate need of same-day service due to unforeseen circumstances. Pro-Scapes was at my house the same day. I had never even used them before nor met anyone who worked there. The work was done with a great attitude, quickly, and at a reasonable price.

Friendly service but had to come back 2 times to finish work. Cost was higher than anticipated...

The company made two trips to my house to see if It was dry enough since we continued to have rain on and off and they didn't want to destroy the yard if it was to wet, both times it had just rained or started raining so they had to come back a third time. They done an excellent job of covering the piping.

The only reason I didn't give them all 5's was he is monitoring the irrigation system to determine if any further adjustments are needed. When this is completed, I feel confident I will easily give him all five's.

They are reliable

Thomas came to my home the same day I requested service. he was very professional, showed up on time, and did a great job. We agreed on a price for the installation, and although hod employee ended up installing two additional misters in my shrub beds, my cost remained the same. I HIGHLY recommend Pro Scapes for installation and service of lawn sprinkler systems!

The service was beyond great. I had a broken sprinkler vale and my water was just running. Talked with Thomas around 8AM and my problem was fixed by 9AM. I wish all Pros was like this. I put them on my speed dial and recommend them to anyone who's having sprinkler issues. Thanks again for saving me a possible costly water bill.

Thomas called me within 5 minutes of submitting the request. Came out to the house on a Saturday, was at my house for about 30 minutes, he dug up the flowerbed at the location of the leak and removed the defective part and took with him, said he would be back that Wednesday to install and quote me some additional work I need to have done. That was two months ago after repeated calls, he has yet to show up and he has the defective part that needs to be replaced, so I am not sure what I need to purchase to repair myself. On top of that I paid him the trip charge of $70 dollars. If Pro Scapes was too busy to do the work, they should not have responded to the Home Advior request. Extremely disappointed especially after all the positive reviews.

Thomas and his crew installed a sprinkler system and a 10 by 12 patio for us. The work was completed in ONE DAY and it is wonderful. Sprinkler system works perfectly and the patio is a beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend this local company!!

there is no real drop down for repairing sprinkler systems. They repaired and replaced sprinklers. They called immediately and came the same day.

Thomas contacted me almost immediately after sending my request and he was at my home in 30 minutes. He made the repairs and changes we asked for quickly and had the parts on his truck. The price was very reasonable. I would absolutely call Pro-Scapes again.
