Description of Work: We had been wanting to do a small bit of landscaping in our back yard. Hannah came out, gave us a reasonable bid to do the work, a time was scheduled to do the work and within a week the crew had finished the job, cleaned the area and went on to their next job.

+ -1 moreIt was kind of a drive-by-type thing. We saw their company. What stood out most was their professionalism. They also were very convenient. They came to our house and worked with us at our table. I think they are a little pricey. They were very professional.

Description of Work: I've sent this company two emails requesting analysis of a drainage problem we're having. The last one was on 4/27. We have yet to hear a word from them. If they ever do answer my request, either yes or no, I'll update this rating. Meanwhile, I'm very disappointed in their total lack of response.

+ 0 moreWork began when stated and finished as stated despite some rain issues. The foreman was excellent in going over plans and making corrections as needed due to reality versus plans looking good on paper. Crew did wonderful job installing all items. They were very courteous and professional. Owner meet with us after job was completed to ensure satisfaction with all aspects of the job and resolved any issues and questions that we had. Do make sure plans are finalized in detail before starting. We did not finalize all the plant selections as we were told we could do it once the job started. However, all the plants were delivered on the first day so I did not have a say in color choices of the blooms, but all the plants do look wonderful.

+ -1 moreThey came highly recommended. I wasn't thoroughly satisfied. I need them to adjust the system because the water isn't going where it's supposed to. I don't really want to keep calling them, it's embarrassing. Some sprinklers go far. The ones that I need to go far, don't reach. It was expensive. I thought that on the lawn, they would replant the grass. They didn't. They wanted a $1000 to do it. I went to someone else to have it done. I watched them every step of the way, and I just wasn't satisfied. They are very busy. They dug up our plants. They just stuck them back in the hole and didn't put any dirt around them. They didn't replace things the same way they were when they took them out.
Description of Work: I had a sprinkler system put in by Hannah's Lawn & Landscape Service. My yard is on a hill so it took some extra work.

+ -1 moreWe are very pleased with him. He is one of those guys that we’ve used for 20 years. He sends out a man to survey the situation, make drawings and asks what you want done. They will send you and estimate based on what you want done and it’s pretty accurate. He’s always been very favorable to be at least as far as the prices goes. He is competitive and does absolutely beautiful work.
Description of Work: I use Hannah’s Lawn & Landscape Services and the last time they came out was a couple of months ago when I got the addition of the porch added to the back. I’ve got deck on one side of the house and another deck on the other side of the house. I used his lawn care service to lay some slate for me from once deck to the other. He also installed some grass work as well.
