Two plumbers came and discussed our options as the hydrant was so close to the concrete it was nearly impossible to hook up our hose, also it was leaking badly. Anyway, they suggested moving the hydrant at an angle rather than the more extensive option of moving it up on the brick. I went with the first and cheaper option and it works great now. Also, Boyce explained to me how to work the sprinklers we thought didn't work! Very happy with the work performed and the advice on the sprinkler system. I don't think they are expensive at all- especially since they get the job done quickly and efficiently. I will hire them for any plumbing needs we have with no hesitation.

The workers were very polite and got the job done in a timely manner. The worst job was probably going under the crawlspace to replace the leaky outside faucet- they did that quickly and with a smile! I am very happy with all that they did and especially that they got so much done in a short amount of time.

Pleasant phone call to schedule service. Two certified plumbers arrived, one more experienced than the other, which is how George Plumbing operates. The more experienced person not only diagnosed the problem, but voiced an opinion about what had been installed - which I found informative. He also disillusioned me of the thought that using the machine would make the leak worse.

I had an emergency as my house had no water. Unfortunately they were very busy and could not come for a couple of days. Since they could not come right away they gave me enough advice that I was able to determine the cause of my issue and was able to fix myself. These guys are great plumbers and know their business, will always depend on them when I need help!

It went really well and smoothly. They had to change some tubing and sealed some of the pipe. They were also very quick. Very satisfied!

They were able to come the same day I called, which was great since the leak was so bad I had to shut off the main water to the house. They (Julian and Roger) kept me updated on their anticipated arrival time, which I appreciated and does not often happen with scheduled repair people. They were able to repair the faucet, which was very old, but did offer to replace it right then with what they had on the truck (to save me money). They were very patient, let me mull over my options, and offered advice when I opted to wait to replace it so I could find exactly the set I wanted. I will definitely have them back to install the new faucet when I purchase it. They were great.

They did a good job. I don't think it's leaking anymore. They didn't mess around. They did it in about probably 2 hours and it was done. They were very punctual. They were there before I was.

Contacted George Plumbing via Angie's List "Ask a Question" and received a prompt response. The next day, on time, the crew arrived. Listened to my description of my problem. And, went to work. Work was completed professionally and I would highly recommend them.

Third time i have used George plumbing. They previously put in another water heater and fixed a water main. This time, worker came out to fix water heater late on Friday. Changed out thermocouple and said everything is good. Heater stopped working an hour later. Later determined the water heater needed replaced. Direct vent heater had to be special ordered. Estimate of 3-5 days took about 10. Install went smooth.

Home buyer's inspection noted high water pressure in my home and the home inspector directed that a pressure regulator be installed. I contacted George Plumbing LLC after reading the good reviews in Angie's List. As directed, the plumber called my office to say that they were enroute to my home. Their call was about 20 minutes earlier than planned, which was a pleasant surprise for me. I came home from my office just minutes before their arrival. They listened to my needs then set to work. They began to dig at the in-ground meter box, and discovered that there was an existing regulator, but determined that it was defective. They installed a new regulator and adjusted it to the proper household pressure. Throughout the job, they were courteous, professional, and friendly. They were prompt, and concentrated on the job at hand. After replacing the regulator, they back filled the hole and recovered it with the sod. The job went uneventful, without needing any additional parts, and completed in about 1.5 hours. I can't say enough good things about the two plumbers who did the job. I can't remember their names, but they were the crew on Truck 15 that day.

Great service & quality craftmanship. The original 3/4" line had a tee installed for the sprinkler system, but the fittings leaked. I replaced the original leaky installation with Tiger-Bite fittings which worked OK, but I was concerned with how the Tiger-Bites would hold up during freezing conditions & installed underground (plus it was an ugly installation because Tiger-Bites are larger than other fittings). These lines were very hard to gain access to, and even harder to keep clean & dry enough to solder properly. George Plumbing did a very professional job w/no leaks.

Within about 1.5 hours of my call, the plumbers arrived & quickly took care of two obstinate drains. One was slow draining, the other completely clogged & both of them had refused my own attempts to clear. Undoubtedly the best service I've had w/these type of "emergencies".

The two plumbers arrived on time. They got to work but had some difficulty diagnosing the problem. The toilet had been turned off for several weeks prior to the visit and the story of overflow was unclear as this is my children's bathroom and additionally I was not home when the major leak happened through the light in the kitchen ceiling. They went into the attic to see if vanity was causing problems or toilet. They left a bit of a mess, nothing major and the space up there was a mess already to be fair. But, the old piece was thrown into the bathroom trashcan and the items in the attic were just left strewn (again, it was a messy space to begin with). Maybe had they told me about the trash left in the trash can, I'd have felt better. Again, not a major issue, just a sloppy way to do things I think. The fact that they just didn't seem to know the problem seemed strange. Maybe not. I don't know a single darn thing about plumbing. I can plunge a toilet if needed and that's it. That night and morning the toilet leaked again so they came back (PROMPTLY) and determined that the new part and some rubber piece caused the problem so they switched out a part at no charge. I was glad I was able to be home on the second day. It was annoying that the item replaced caused the second need for repair. Of course, I didn't really understand all the issues and parts and it felt like they were annoyed that I didn't. The bill was fair and the service was prompt. The problem was solved. The service overall was not however, excellent, as most reviewers felt.

They were excellent in every way, efficient, on time, did the job and I have favorable experiences. I would use this provider again in the future.

The service men were about 10 minutes late; but they had called to say they were running late so it was not a problem. Two men arrived and one installed the garbage disposal and the other worked on the toilet. They were very efficient and polite. I will be using them the next time I need a plumber.

Found George Plumbing via Angie's List and decided to call because of the reviews I read. I have used another plumber in the past but always felt as though the charges were high for the work performed. I called George Plumbing around 10:30am and was told someone could be at my home in 30 minutes. The plumbers arrived right on time and went to work. By noon, the job was completed and for much less than what had been quoted by my old plumber. Professional, courteous and responsive. I will most definitely use George Plumbing again in the future.

Quick and easy. Even installed an access panel to the pipes for future use.

Excellent service. They were on time and ready to install a toilet that I had purchased at another store. The toilet turned out to be cracked (no fault of theirs), and they informed me that they could not install the toilet because of the damage. They told me to contact them again once I had a new toilet. There was no cost for the callout, which to me was impressive. I had them return when a new toilet was in hand, and thy installed it with minimal effort and time. During the installation process, they tightened the loose closet flange prior to installing the toilet. Very pleased with the outcome and will use them again.

Lost water pressure in house, team came out, identified problem and solutions. ( complicated by the fact that the previous owners of the house had put a concrete driveway over the area where the pressure valve was located, making it almost inaccessible.) The teams were here on time for both appointments, were courteous and helpful. Finished the job under the originally quoted price.

Very quick in getting somebody out to the house. They were ON TIME, which is a huge bonus!! They said 1 pm and they were there a few minutes before!! Professional, wore booties into the house, answered a ton of questions :) , and did the job right the first time! Will recommend to others and will definitely call them first if another plumbing issue arises.
