Best Plumbing experience so far. Owner showed up late on a Friday to do the estimate personally. We talked through options and reached a hand shake deal on price and schedule. Then, when the heater failed over the weekend (in the winter) they accelerated the installation two days and replaced the unit on that following Monday afternoon. They called to say when they were on-site and when complete, and finished in approximately 2 hours.

I installed a food disposal that was leaking .We called them and they were right nearby and dropped by in minutes. FIxed the problem ( i forgot to attach a clip) in 15 minutes and charged me 125$ minus 10% "coupon." I thought this was a little high.

I needed a professional plumber to install a whirlpool tub. The tech was nice and knowledgeable but I ended up getting a different tub instead because of its size didn't work for my space. The gentleman described how he would install and level the tub, plus do all the plumbing hookups.

The repairman was very professional and the experience went very well. I will definitely use them in the future for any of my plumbing needs. I have confidence that they want to do a good job and not just make money from clients that do not understand plumbing.

H2O bill started to go through the roof. George Plumbing came out, found leak & repaired for $300.00. Highly recommend!

I am new to Huntsville, AL and had no idea who to trust since I believed that the previous plumber did not do an adequate job of fixing the tank problem. After being in our new home for only two and a half months, I noticed that the downstairs powder room bathroom continued to smell very musty and moldy and grout on the tile flooring around the toilet often appeared damp and discolored; we suspected a leak somewhere. This was upsetting particularly because this was the same tank that was supposedly fixed prior to our move-in. I did not want to call the previous plumber because it was evident that he (or she?) had not fixed the original problem. I found George Plumbing LLC on Angie's List and I'm glad that I did. My call was answered promptly and within an hour two guys from George Plumbing LLC arrived. They were very courteous and professional (they even had boot covers on to protect the flooring). I showed them the problem and told them that another plumber was supposed to have fixed it. Sure enough, Boyce and Roger of George LLC confirmed my suspicion. The guys determined quickly that the seal and flange were bad and the toilet essentially was never seated properly when it was last fixed. They inserted a new flange/seal and even grouted the toilet at the base to insure the greatest degree of stability. Boyce also looked at another toilet and provided information for me or my husband to address the issue (something that was very simple) so that it would not add to our cost (I really appreciated that!). Boyce and Roger answered any questions I had in a courteous and professional manner, they cleaned around the area they worked in, and they completed the job in less than an hour. I certainly will call George's Plumbing again should I need their services in the future.

They did a good job overall! Their price was better than others.

The guys were very professional and competent. They came the same day and even called ahead of time. IT was such a relief having them here when other companies I called did not even show up or call back. While they were not able to complete the job because it was a whirlpool hot tub and the parts were outdated, It was still a great experience. They were able to point me in the right direction and stayed until all my concerns and questions were answered. I will most definitely use them again.

We were losing a gallon of water a minute according to our utilities department. Being new homeowners we feared that the leak was somewhere under the foundation. We called George Plumbing, they agreed to meet the next day and they even called 30 minutes ahead of scheduled time to let us know they were on their way. They found out that the leak was in our front yard due to a crack in the pipe and they informed us about it. They dug the yard, found the leak, replaced the parts and were all done in about 3hours from start to finish. They even covered the area they dug up. Very professional folks who know exactly what they are doing.

I had water that seemed to be coming up from the floor at my rental property in Decatur. I called George Plumbing based on other positive reviews I read on Angies List and they came out that same day. The 2 men were very nice and I felt very comfortable with them being there. They assessed the problem, explained what was going on to me.... even showed me how to understand the meter that they were reading. They determined that my hot water heater was leaking and while the one stayed at the home to remove the old hot water heater, the other gentleman went to pick up the new one. The entire job was completed in just a couple of hours. They were very clean and even hauled the old hot water heater away for me. I was very happy with the job that was done! I will definitely use them again.

A toilet in our newly purchased house had a slow leak from the tank bolt. We tried to fix this ourselves with a kit from the hardware store with no success. I called George Plumbing for an estimate and time schedule. Mr. George gave me a firm quote to replace the toilet, as well as an estimate on repairing, if possible. He also said the work could be done the next day. The plumber arrived very promptly and, after examining the toilet, gave me a firm estimate of the time and money involved. Because we wanted to replace the small toilet with an elongated model eventually, I chose to have the toilet replaced. The work was completed in about 30 minutes. The area was cleaned up perfectly. At my request, the plumber even looked under the sinks throughout the house to check for any potential problems.I am very pleased with the workmanship and the professional manner of this company and their employees.

After checking the reviews I called George Plumbing and was advised that they could have someone out within 30 minutes with a water heater ready to install. And they were! The installer laid down plastic and wore disposable booties to protect my floors. Everything, from the initial contact to the completion of the job went smoothly. Even though I hope I don't have any plumbing problems in the future at least I know who I will call.

I called after hours on Thursday evening and they called me back about 30 minutes later. I told them that I thought we had a pressure regulator problem. They said they could be at my home by 8:45 AM on Friday, if I was available. They showed up right on time and less than two hours later they had found the problem and had repaired it!

I contacted George Plumbing because it was the only company in my area with a score of "A" for price. When I called, a very pleaseant receptionist transferred my call to the owner right away. I was impressed that I was given my choice of dates and appt times instead of a time range! Mr. George arrived promptly for the appointment. My husband said he did a GREAT job. WE had a pipe that was leaking beneath the whirlpool tub. Mr. George found that it had not ever been soldered, and suggested that my husband (who has basic plumbing skills) check all the plumbing around the house just in case! He also advised him how to remove the mold that had grown. Our bill was VERY reasonable. We will use George Plumbing for all our plumbing needs in the future.

This is the fourth or fifth time I've had a plumbing problem, and George Plumbing has been able to help me quickly and at a reasonable price every time. I don't even bother with second opinions any more, I just call George.

We were experiencing very low water pressure and lots of hammering in the pipes. I called another plumbing company out to look at it and they said that since there was no way to know where the pressure regulator was (it was not at the meter) that they would have to dig up the main water line from the meter to the house and replace it. They quoted me $1800 to do this. I called George Plumbing to get a second opinion. Using a metal detector, they were able to locate the pressure regulator in a matter of minutes and verify that it was the problem. They replaced the valve and now we have normal water pressure and no more hammering in the pipes. Start to finish, it took him about 2 hours and our problem was fixed. George Plumbing will be the first ones I call from now on!

They were very professional. They came in and got everything done. There haven't been any problems with the work they did. They were in and out within a day and a half. They were very quick. The price was very good. They were on time and professional.
