VERY professional. Nathan perfectly laid out his diagnostic analysis, let us understand and follow along . . . afterwards surrendered every option (or so it seemed) the situation presented. Did not try to "up-sell." We could not be happier in following the advice and work performed. Not that we look forward to another failed appliance, but we do look forward calling Nathan if/when that time comes. Take this last as the highest recommendation we could possibly give others.
