+ -1 moreVery responsive, prompt, and professional. Called Monday AM and they arrived on schedule Monday afternoon. Had the part in the truck and problem was immediately fixed for reasonable price. When similar problem cropped up 2 weeks later, they came out immediately and determined that it was different but related problem and fixed it for free as part of service warranty. Will definitely call again when we have an appliance service need.
Description of Work: Replaced water pump on Samsung washing machine.

+ -1 moreThe guys that came were wonderful - they came promptly and were very professional. They also were honest that the cost of repairs would be so great that I may as well get a new dishwasher. I appreciated their honesty and would not hesitate to call them in the future!
Description of Work: They evaluated our leaking dishwasher. Tried a simple repair but it then became obvious it was a big job; they were honest that I may as well get a new dishwasher rather than spending money on costly repairs, and they only charged a service fee.

+ -1 moreKind of embarrassing -- I've had my washer for several years and never had a problem with it. Since I'd been using it a LOT in the past few months, when it quit working I assumed that a part had worn out or malfunctioned from over-use. After just a few minutes, the repairman saw my problem: I had accidentally pressed the "8-hour delay" button on the machine and did not notice it.
Description of Work: He analyzed the problems I was having with my washing machine, and fixed it!

+ -1 moreWe got their name from Angie's list. They were prompt. They found the problem (bad motor seal). They ordered the motor for us and installed on a later date. Very nice and they did not make a mess. The dishwasher is working perfectly now.

Description of Work: Freezer periodically making loud noise. Checked, performed some maintenance, explained that there was a 30 day guarantee on service calls, so call back if any further problem with freezer during the next month.
