Christian and Son showed up on time, got to work, and got the job done in the same day. They were polite, and informative about the new system and operating the thermostat. They hauled off the new unit too. I would select them again.

Christian & Son came the same day as my phone call for service. They worked with my home warranty company to be sure the work would be covered. They diagnosed the problem, secured the necessary parts, and fixed it in the same day. They advised on what I should do for the long-term, and got the system working today. The technicians were punctual, polite, and informative. I would definitely use them again.

I have a property where the heat pump started making an extremely loud noise and was no longer generating heat. Unfortunately, this happened after-hours on a weekend. This problem was especially critical since there is a family living at the property and the weather was getting very cold. Thankfully, the owner, Larry, was kind enough to respond very quickly. Upon his arrival within 30 minutes, he quickly assessed the situation and identified the broken part that needed replacement. However, since it was late on a Saturday, a new part wouldn't be available until Monday. Larry then showed us how to activate the emergency/auxiliary heat until the unit could be repaired. After stopping by Monday to determine the correct replacement part, he quickly returned to make the final repair and the unit was immediately up an running. Also, the fair price quoted by Larry on Saturday was the price I paid when the job was done with no surprises whatsoever. Finally, I would just like to mention how much I appreciate Larry, his son Josh, and his worker, Tony with their patience in answering all of my questions. Since this was my first experience with a problem of this nature, it was important to me to fully understand everything being done to complete the necessary repairs.
